Very disappointed as i heard such great things about this service. Scheduled 3 weeks ago for back yard service today. Confirmed weekly with Jeremy that we still had our date. Confirmed just yesterday that we were still on actually. He said yes, confirmed payment blah blah. No call no show. called him- no answer and VM full. No response since. Don’t waste your time here

Listen y’all. Bims lawn service has been my landscaping company for the last 7yrs, Their work in the beginning was top notch, but the last two years have been nothing but horrible, my plants started dying, they replaced one plant and it died as well, the last time they came to my home I was just leaving for a quick trip to Starbucks, when the truck pulled up, the crew or should I say the two man excited the truck and were pulling the lawn mower off the trailer. Now folks when I tell you my house sits on a corner of greenway and .... it’s a big sized yard usually took them 4 hours every other week, now this Starbucks y’all is literally 10mins from my home, and kinda busy at this time so I would say it took me close to 20 mins from start to home, when I arrived back home they had already left, now folks you can see where this is going, the only thing that was done that day was my grass in back was mowed. I was never told I had a water leak, I was never told my sprinkler system wasn’t working. On 4 different occasions I asked one of the crew members to have the owner or manager call me, and everytime I was told no speak English but manager will call, never heard from them, but now wanna take me to court because I refuse to pay them. For services that went done. I’ve videos and photos of my yard and the area where the leak has been happening for quite sometime, this company has gone down hill and no longer cares who they hire or what kind of work their employees are providing or should I say NOT providing, I would never hire this company back. And I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for lawn and yard maintenance.. if I could give them an F- I would. Shame on them.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry to see that you were so dissatisfied with your services. Unfortunately, we had no indication that you were unhappy before we discontinued servicing your property because of your unpaid balance. Since beginning work at your home in 2015, our contracted service was for one hour of work every two weeks at $80 per visit. We wish that you would have called our offices directly to discuss the quality of service if you felt that you were not receiving the work that we were billing you for, however, we have no record of any phone calls since your last payment and even the outstanding balance was typical of how you handled our bills. We stand by our willingness to make things right with all of our customers, but after so much time has passed-- our last service on your property was March 23rd-- you should understand that the condition of the yard would be beyond what our usual service covered. As registered contractors, we have a right to pursue payment for the services that we provided."

This landscaping team did a phenomenal job cleaning up our oleander bushes around our property. One of the areas wasn't quite trimmed to my liking and they even came back promptly and cleaned it up. Highly recommend this company.

He comes every other month to clean up my patio area. There have been times I've had to ask him to let me know ahead of time because my elderly mother lives with me. She needs to know ahead of time because she is the one that is here. Once I've told him things he's responded to them so he is quite responsive that way. Sometimes I have to let him know what I want and they'll do it. He's been very responsive and they come in and do the job quite quickly. They leave the patio very clean and cleaned up very well. It takes about a half hour or so depending on the time of year and how much they have to cut back. They are professional and come in and do the job and leave. They don't mess around. I've used him for several years and I have a pretty good history with them. He always lets me know ahead of time. I have no complaints.

The workers were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Jeremy's responsiveness from the initial phone call to the day of the work was on time. They actually went above and beyond, especially with some really overgrown bushes that required a lot more effort. Even with this, there was no additional charge. They worked quickly within my schedule and left the area without a trace of their presence.

You're have tried on several occasions to have ground cover that died because of water cut -off replaced but this hasn't happened, we have lost at least 15 (fifteen) plants, some left dead and never cut back. I asked for replacement which was halfhearted and an expensive "wholesale." Our water feature is broken and they continue to jerry-rig it which lasts for a few days, then kaput. None of our extensive lighting system works. Too frustrated to call again. They should be on this by now. This is my first complaint that I can remember, so I am not a whiner.

It went very well. The team was very profession and performed the work in a timely fashion. At the last minute I realized another tree need trimming and they accommodated this request. Excellent job. I have hired them to come on a regular basis for yard maintenance.

He did not pay his bill for over 3 months. I do not remember the specifics with Mr Weiner but that is probably the real reason we not longer service this account. Bim"

In my opinion, they should have sent more guys to do the job. They didn't finish the job prior to them leaving. I called them back and they had to come back out another day. Seemed to be expensive in comparison to other job they have done.
