Required $75 up front, which I paid. Service man did come, took the bad light out, but never returned as promised with a new one, nor answered phone calls. Never heard from again.

I prepaid for the 4 pool cleanings for $100 through Angie's List. The first time they came and provided service. Did not speak to m husband and did not give a day or time when they would come back. The did come back the following week. However, the third week they neither called nor cleaned my pool and we are now half way through week four and nothing. So I paid for four weeks of pool service in ADVANCE and got two weeks worth of service. Very disappointed by Angie's List recommendation. I look forward to Angie's List crediting me the other $50 ASAP.

After giving an initial estimate, Chase did not return phone calls when I would call to try to schedule an appointment for him to clean my pool. After a few weeks of him not returning calls, I hired someone else recommended by Angie's List.

He was able to get here within 2 days of request and get the pool looking good for my weekend party. The pool had monsoon debris that the vacuum wasn't getting, and needed a general overall clean and backwash. Also he reset the level device for me. Very professional. I will definitely use service next Spring/Summer.

They came out immediately. They were very prompt. There was one person that came to clean and the price was good.

While vacationing in Scottsdale AZ we stayed in a house with an in ground pool. Inadvertently we disconnected a tube which altered the flow through the heater and filter. We were unable to fix it ourself so we called Big League pool serice and explained the situation. Chase Millard listened to the problem and walked us through a few things to no avail. This is not a pool he did regularly but came in between jobs to help us out. He was quick, clean, courteous and knowledgeable in his trade. Within a short time the heater and filter was back to functioning normally. Thank you Mr Millard for making our vacation enjoyable in the beautiful Arizona sunshine.

I cannot recommend Dan and Chase of Big League Pool Service highly enough. They take excellent care of our pool while we are away, performing standard maintenance and handling non-routine issues in a professional, reliable fashion. They communicate with us promptly about any issues by and give us regular updates by phone and text. This creates great piece of mind when we're at our primary residence 2000 miles away. Their service ethic really sets them apart. One instance of many: we recently had a contractor go "AWOL" about 90% of the way through construction of a hot tub. Dan and Chase took the time to stop by, test and label the equipment that was installed, and explain what work had been done so we knew what work remained. They did this on their own time. It created tremendous piece of mind after a difficult experience, along with a blueprint for finishing the project. That kind of "beyond the call" customer service will keep me using Big League for a long time.
