Arriving early (That's a good thing.) Mr. Becker is the consummate professional. It quickly became clear that he is a skilled and knowledgeable electrician. Additionally, he was friendly as he completed the work in a timely manner. As he was wrapping up, I picked his brain about a future electrical project I am considering. His professional opinion alone, was worth the "price of admission." So to speak. I will definitely use Mr. Becker and Becker Electric again for future projects.

Bob Becker of Becker Electric is truly a professional and expert in his field. We called with an electrical issue, and he was able to come to our home on the same day. He was so helpful and such a nice person. The quality of his work was A+ and my husband and I felt his prices were very reasonable. It is so refreshing to hire a person who takes pride in his work and is so responsive. We will definitely call Becker Electric again for any future electrical problems or needs, and will recommend to family and friends.

It went fantastic! This is the first time I ever met Bob and was able to use his services. He is by far the best electrician I have ever known and will only call him for future electrical issues. In fact, he'll be coming back to our home in the future to address three other issues: We're going to have some outdoor lighting installed, we need to have a non-functional post light diagnosed in front of the house and need to retwire an outdoor receptacle and bury wire according to code. The reason it came that I sought out Becker Electric, is that another company came to our house a week prior and was totally befuddled by the problem of a shorting circuit. Since the other company was unable to find the problem, he finally wrote it off by saying: "It must be a short under your slab". But with Bob, it was like watching a "laser beam" diagnosise and actually fix the problem. You won't get this professionalism and determination in too many other people; regardless of their profession! Bob owns this company and he really cares.

His promptness was great, we lost power to the master bedroom and he was there the next day to fix it. We've used Bob Becker several times since we moved to McDowell Mtn. Ranch in 2012 and he has always been prompt, professional, courteous and competent. We will continue to call him first in the future.

Bob came out the day after calling him and emailed a written estimate. He completed the work on time and on budget. You can see the quality in his work. We got several quotes and Bob was by far the most professional. Excellent job!

My fire alarm system was tripping every hour on the hour. This went on for 2 straight days and nights. I had to get this resolved. I finally pulled up Angie's List and found Bob. I explained my problem. He asked me questions and told me he would be i my house in an hour. He purchased the new fire alarm pads for the house, replaced them, tested them all and then cleaned up the house. Everything I asked for, I received. He was thorough, informative and very nice. I plan on using him for all of my future needs.

Bob was prompt and dealt with our electrical problems. He had no problems with my hubby asking questions and staying with him. We were very pleased with Bob and the electrical repair service he provided.

Called to setup appointment and described issues to be solved. We setup an appointment for about a week out, as he is fairly busy. He arrived on time and took a look at everything. Very nice guy and most knowledgeable electrician I've ever met. Picked up on some issues that other electricians had missed. Got everything working and cleaned up very well. As some others have mentioned, he isn't the cheapest electrician and that's why I gave him a lower grade. After he completed the initial work, he asked if I had any addtional items and I said yes. He started to take a look and agreed to do the extra work. Then he said another customer had lost power and he needed to leave. When it came time to pay the bills he charged for the three hours and charged an addtional $80.00 service trip. (Makes us wonder why we go to the trouble of hiring local contractors who live nearby?) However, he told me that if he had stayed four hours, there wouldn't have been a service trip fee. In other words, the fourth hour would have been free, no? Well, I agreed to the fee, but in hindsight I can see why he might have decided it was better to go the next job. It would have been more fair for him to waive the service fee as he was deciding to leave the job for another one.

Bob Becker is outstanding to work with. He came out to provide an estimate on several projects and was thoroughly professional in every aspect. So far, I've only need him to repair the problem with the electrical connection to my dryer, but I called him and he worked me into his schedule that same day. His rates are reasonable, he is honest and direct, and he is extremely reliable. I plan to use Bob Becker for any and all electrical work that I need in my new home.

Bob showed up to give an estimate, then again to meet with the cabinet guy to coordinate and then two planned visits to do the work. He was always on time, the work was perfect and he cleaned up nicely.

Bob was very responsive and was able to come out to our house and complete the work on just two day's notice. He was congenial and talked over the project to make sure that we were on the same page as him. When we found that part of his work had been installed too high, he came out again and fixed the work. He makes sure that he completes the project to code and fixed several items that were not up to code. On another occasion, I called Bob for advice when a piece of electrical wiring had been nicked by another contractor when work was being done on our home. After I left a message for him, he called me back quickly and let me describe the issue to him over the phone. He spent time giving me advice on how to deal with the issue and what to look for when another electrician came out to do the repair. Bob's work is not cheap but when it comes to electrical work, I believe that you get what you pay for. We had to pay Bob a little bit more for the work that he had to re-do at our home but other than that, his price came out as expected.
