The week of my net installation I was notified the company was changing ownership. The spa net was not installed properly and has become too small to use. I contacted the new owners in June of 2011 to come to my house and fix the spa net and give me an estimate for a pool fence. Jason, the owner, came to my home and told me the previous owners did a terrible job installing my nets. The ends were not properly burned off to prevent fraying and my spa net needed longer clips so that it would attach properly. He stated he would not charge me because it was the right thing to do and he feared for the safety of my children. Jason gave me a quote for a pool fence that was $100 greater than previous quotes I had received. He said he could come out the next day to install the fence and fix the nets. I told him I wanted to think about it. My husband had some questions for him about the fence and wanted to meet with him. In the meantime we wanted him to come out and fix our net since we have a one year old who is walking and doesn't know how to swim. Jason was extremely rude and became very aggressive. He wanted to know if we were buying the fence or not. My husband said not at this time. Then Jason stated he had increased the cost of the fence to cover his cost on the net repairs. Jason refused to fix our net and never offered to let us pay to just repair the net. Since he is the only All-safe pool net dealer in Phoenix we are left to repair the net ourselves. I also contacted the All-safe pool manufacturer because my net came with a 5 year warranty. They were completely useless. The only thing the warranty covers is fraying. The warranty does not cover faulty installation. The net appeared properly installed at the time of installation and over time the spa net became non functioning. Also a representative at the manufacturer contacted Jason and told him my complaints which further hindered my ability to solve the issue with him. I truly hope my experience with All-safe pool fences & pool covers of Scottsdale can warn anyone who is thinking of doing business with this company. The owner is extremely rude and impossible to work with and the product quality is poor. There is no support if you have problems with the products you have purchased.
Description of Work: I had all safe pool and spa safety nets installed in January of 2011. In June of 2011 I contacted the company to correct installation issues with my nets.
