Description of Work: We are in the process of selling our home here in Arizona. Yesterday we discovered that our garage remotes didn't work so I phoned owner Mark Del Soglio this morning, described our problem. Mark diagnosed it from the description, had is son Zack here within an hour changed out the logic board & was on his way in about 45 minutes. Total bill $214.00.

He was very professional and when the job was done, he answered all my questions about maintenance of the door in the future. The price was reasonable, especially for a Sunday.  + -1 moreZach came out within the timeframe I was given, was friendly and replaced the spring that snapped. He also offered to replace my keypad if needed offering up used keypads as a solution for cost if it was possible. It wasn't needed at all because it simply a dead battery but I appreciated the honestly. So, much so, that I did ask if he had the time to replace the rollers and he did. To add to it, they hit the ball out of the park on customer experience with a simple yet appreciated gesture of sweeping the entire garage clean. Love that is family owned and operated by them but appreciate the value and honesty most. I would highly recommend and will be to friends and neighbors in the future.

 + -1 moreWe had just gotten home from work and the gym and bam! The garage door sounded like a bomb went off. The spring had broken. We called Zach about 7:00 -7:30 pm just to see what options were for the next day. Although he was in Gilbert with 1 more job to do, he said he would call when he was done with the current one to see if it was getting too late for us. He called back just as promised and it was a little too late for us so we scheduled for the next day. ZACH fixed the spring, completed maintenance on the unit and the track and replaced the rollers. He finished the job by sweeping the garage cleaner than it has EVER been! Don't even second guess whether to call these guys - this is the right company to call for repair or replacement. I won't ever use another repair company again. Amazing work, amazing service, great price! What more could anyone ask for?

 + -1 moreZach the door tech arrived right on time and within a couple of minutes diagnosed an intermittent short in the control line caused by an errant staple. (not mine!) At that point, comfortable that he knew what he was doing, I left him while he performed a complete garage door inspection and maintenance routine. By the time he wrapped up about a half hour later the garage door was running smoothly and both remotes were re-programmed. He pointed out the issues with the previous installation, several of which I'd already known from the home inspector's report when I bought my house a few months ago. He was a very pleasant and well-spoken young man, the son of the owner as it so happens. His truck was immaculate, too - always a good sign for me.
Description of Work: The technician repaired my garage door, which inexplicably refused to close one day.

Description of Work: We had some carpet installed and, unbeknownst to us, one of the beam devices at the base of the garage door had been knocked off so the door wouldn't work. We had used this provider a couple times before and always were very pleased with their prompt, friendly and professional service. We called early in the morning after the problem was discovered and were given the earliest available appointment for the next morning. They in fact called later that same day as they were in our area and had some time but unfortunately we got the message too late to take advantage. However, they were here as promised early the next morning at which time the again very friendly young man who attended quickly solved the original problem by discovering the missing device and remounting it as required. I felt foolish for having bothered him but he was very gracious. Then, we discovered that the numbered keypad wasn't working and he had to actually reset the keypad and reprogram it using info available online but not in our user's manual. Wonderful to get this done and very necessary and something we could not then have done on our own. I know know where to find the info online. And then when I asked what payment would be required, he told me none, just spread the word about their great service. No problem there as I was going to anyway!

 + -1 moreScheduling I called Always Open Garage Doors late in the afternoon because of a broken garage door spring. After a brief conversation, with one of Mark Dalsoglio's sons, we scheduled service for 7:00 am the next day. Scheduling the appointment was a enjoyable experience, I know that is hard to believe, but I truly enjoyed making this appointment. First, they answered the phone on the first call; Second, they were prepared to come out later that evening if needed; Third, they were truly concerned about our safety with respect to using the door with a broken spring. The Work Dan and Zach Dalsoglio arrived on time the next morning ready to replace the broken spring. Both Technicians were very professional, clean-cut and friendly. After the springs were replaced they made the necessary tuning adjustments and lubricated the garage door as needed. The work took less than an hour to complete and was done with great care for our property. Dan and Zach demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, in both their work ethic and demeanor. This is the second time we have used Always Open Garage Doors, over the past six years, in my opinion, they are the best service provider, in any category, in the valley.
