Description of Work: they replaced a gasket on my refrigerator door. It took almost two weeks to get the gasket which they had to order from Peoria. Four months later the gasket tore on the bottom corner so they had to come and replace it, which they did promptly.

Description of Work: The previous repairman wanted to junk our washer and sell me a new one or replace the valve for $300. A to Z Replaced the water pump valve for $165 total (part AND labor)!! We now have a new repair place in A to Z!
