Gardner Custom Homes, LLC is a dream of mine since I was a young kid. After watching my father spend 10 years of my childhood building our family home, piece by piece, through good times and bad times, I knew early that I wanted to build homes. Though times were different back then, I have dedicated the last 12 years of my life to learning everything there is to know about building homes efficiently. I have worked for a large national builder such as D.R. Horton to a small local builder such as Canterra. I recently spent the last 8 years of my career with SunCor Development where I was Senior Superintendent at the Stoneridge and Prescott Lakes communities. During those past 12 years I have managed the construction and put my heart and soul in over 1500 homes, each one that I am very proud of. My quality workmanship, fast paced construction skills, job cleanliness, and customer service has earned me a reputation as one of the best superintendents in the business. It is exciting for me to finally start out on my own and provide customers with a service that has my name on it. I look forward to your business and guarantee quality to be proud of.
