Top Notch gets "6 stars" for their repair of a flat patio roof, including replacing some plywood / rolled asphalt, / fascia boards, and then sealing the roof. Top Notch was able to repair a section of my roof needed for AC installation. Other companies approached for the same work wanted to replace my entire roof. This is something I could not currently afford. When I'm ready to do the rest of the roof, I will again approach Handy at Top Notch Roofing.

Handy (the owner) always answered his phone when I called and was always patient and accommodating with me. I am a difficult homeowner to work with but Handy continually had a smile and an upbeat personality. He came over repeatedly to watch over the work. A few unforeseen issues arose during the work, but Handy dealt with them quickly and professionally, and was very reasonable with the associated costs. We talked through everything beforehand and he was clear and precise as to what needed to be done. He always made me feel like I was a priority and if and when I ever have more roofing work to do, Handy and Top Notch will definitely be my go to roofer. I have had several contractors of all sorts through my house during this renovation and Handy stands out as the easiest to work with.
