Delivered what and when he promised. Very pleased.

Handy does not call or show up when he says he will. He said he would guarantee his work in my roof, but now it leaks worse. He said he would fix it and then would not return my calls. He said that he would return my money through a complaint I put on Better Business Bureau and he has not. This man has no integrity. My only recourse is to send in bad reviews and I am sorry I have to do so. It would be nice if he would keep his word. God bless him!

Overall experience was good. They were able to respond and conduct maintenance quickly. Did not have to be on site and clean up was good. Only issue was it took 20 days to be contacted about payment and to receive any phone calls about the work completed. To be fair I could have called but felt it was unprofessional that I was not contacted sooner.

I had a leak repaired and got much more than the leak repaired. Very congenial and knowledgeable to deal with. The price was for the work done was excellent.

Handy was on time to provide us with a quote. The quote was the best compared to other contractors, so after reading the reviews we decided to hire him. His guys showed up as stated and did the work. From there it started going downhill. I asked for the invoice and for his presence in order to pay for the work but he left without inspecting the completed work with me. Him and his team just took off without notice. We then noticed a bit of sloppy work and messaged him about it. I figured he would contact us to let us know when he would stop by with the invoice and to collect payment but he didn t. I messaged him again letting him know his guys needed to come back out. His guys showed up right away to fix the issues, again he wasn t there. I messaged him again asking him when to meet so he can get paid but he told me he had to check his schedule but never got back to me. I gave it a couple days waiting on him and nothing. I expressed to him that I wasn t satisfied on how the process and asked if he would meet at a certain time the following day or I would contact HomeAdvisor. He agreed to meet at that time. Well, he didn t show and didn t call or message me. Now it s coming up to almost 2 weeks and this transaction is still open. I just want to get my invoice and get him paid and close this out. Although I appreciate the work he did, the lack of communication and broken promises and the fact that I still don t have an invoice has made me think twice about contractors listed on this site.

I had a leak in the garage roof, not a big job. From my first contact to the end of the job everyone was professional and explained what they were doing The crew did great work, and went above and beyond my expectations. I thought it an odd question at first but they asked if I had exterior paint to match the overhang. The crew painted the wood they had to replace! I think that is an example of a company that cares. Overall they did a "Top Notch" job.

What an incredible experience with a trustworthy company. After having a leak come through during a storm I called top notch and they came out within an hour of my call. I showed him the spot and he was honest as could be and told me that it was a sealed window issue not the roof. No attempted upsell, just honesty. I told him one other spot that I heard water during the storm so he went on the roof to check it out. Sure enough there was a leak and he gave me all of the options on my 30 year roof ranging from patching to a full reroof. His quotes were much more reasonable then other prices I had seen and they were extremely reliable. They were on time, responsible, and very fast. Would recommend them to all!!

I had a small project that required repair of a few broken tile and a cracked mortar pack. Top Notch replaced the broken tile at a great price and sent pictures of the job.

They were on tome and did a very good job.
