Fast, reliable, friendly and most cost affective! We had a few different companies come out and they wanted to redo a bunch of stuff to charge more. All they did was look at it. Top Notch came out, took the tiles off the roof to look at the lower layer before giving me an estimate. He also stated all the other people that said more work needed to be done were just trying to get more money. He scheduled us for the weekend to get the roof repaired. 2 days before storms started to come in so he came out, covered the roof with water proof material so that it wouldn't leak and then finished over the weekend. During him fixing the roof, he also walked around the rest of the roof and sealed all our broken tiles at no cost. He gave us a true quote that wasn't over priced and also did a great job. He went above and beyond our expectations and we will for sure use him again!
