On time - did the work efficiently sand since we do not climb on the roof he supply pictures of all repaired areas - this work was found on a sale inspection, taken care of on timely manner and I believe I will also hire him prior to closing on my new home!!!

Handy,, knows his stuff ( roofs) he and his crew were on time and fixed my garages leaky roof in one day. He has a great crew and a great Forman. He was also here all day himself to help out and insure I have a quality roof . They -use all new parts and double layered the underling to make sure I didn't have another problem. Great job

Handy was very professional and did everything just as he said he would. He was on the job himself so was able to make sure things were done correctly. He and his team did a complete reroofing and repaired all the bad wood they found for a reasonable price. Handy made the whole process stress free.

Our roof was leaking around the fireplace. We requested several quotes and Mr. Lanfourd (from Top Notch Roofing) gave us a reasonable one. His repairman showed up on time to repair the leak. He put new flashing around the chimney as well as replaced several shingles that matched the existing roof. He also added sealants. About 3 days later we had a big storm and there was no leakage from the patio roof. We have had more rain since then and there has been no leakage.

Handy was very professional. He has high standards for integrity. The customer is to be satisfied of his work or he feels as if he has failed. He had missed one of my tiles that was cracked and leaked when it rained. I called him and he came back out the next day to fix it at no additional charge. That says a lot about a company and about the individual. I would recommend this company.

Handy at Top Notch Roofing was top notch. He arrived when he said he would, not even given a range of times. He completed all work for the estimate price as he was thorough on his inspection. Took care of our flat roof and some other areas of my main roof for a much better price than I was quoted from 2 other companies. He was also very nice as well and will go back to him for all my future roofing needs.

John was great; he was scheduled to arrive between 7-9 and showed up at 8:30. He needed to purchase a part for our job and went to four different places before he finally found it. He called us to keep us apprised of his status and planned to come back that afternoon to complete the job. We told him to come back in the morning when it was cooler; which he did and completed the job in a very timely manner. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
