TOP NOTCH ROOFING (Handy) came in at the lowest of three estimates we got for our new roof (two others were outside of Home Advisor). Handy was very accommodating from the beginning. He brought over tile samples so we didn't have to go to the store to look at them or go from a photo in a brochure. He always either answered his phone when we called or called us back promptly from a voicemail. The crew were all professional, courteous, and hard working. Handy had to purchase some extra wood for the roof and refused to let us reimburse him saying it was part of the original quote. We have solar panels that were removed and then replaced after the new roof was installed. Handy worked with us on making the solar panel re-install as easy as possible. They made special notched cuts to the new roof tiles to go around the solar panel guides that remained secured to the roof. That gave us a lower cost on the solar side of the work. The underlayment was doubled up to provide extra insulation. Handy came over after the solar panels were re-installed to replace a few of the new tiles that had been broken by the solar installers. We are very pleased to recommend TOP NOTCH ROOFING to anyone needing a new roof at the best price with high quality customer service. We are sure you will not be disappointed.

Andy showed up the day after I contacted the company. He seemed very knowledgeable pointing out what other than my one broken tile needed to be repaired and gave me a quote for $275. We agreed that he would be back on Saturday to complete the repairs - he never showed up. I called during the week to complain and was assured that Andy would be out this Saturday (today) to complete the repairs. It is now after 11:00 am and I have places to go and he still hasn't shown up. I'm very disappointed with this company considering all of the great reviews that everyone else has given them but I guess I'll have to find someone else to repair my roof...

I had interviewed three other companies and I wasn't satisfied with their presence or prices so Home Advisor gave me also the name of TOP NOTCH ROOFING they were on time and explained everything in detailed. The price was fabulous and they did a great job everything exactly as they said they would do they cleaned up you didn't even know that they were on the property and yes it's rain since the job was done and no leaks. I will definitely use them again when needed on any other of the rental properties.

Gutter cleaning was long over-due at our house. Handy was extremely pleasant on the phone, brought his young helper to do the work and, as I've already told a friend, was a man who knew how to do business.
