Description of Work: I contacted this company to provide an estimate to replace one skylight and to retrofit a sun blocking shade into a second skylight. They sent someone out to see what was needed, and that individual told me that I would have the estimate emailed the next day (6/8). On 6/12 I sent an email asking about the status of the estimate as I wondered if it went to my spam file. On 6/13 I received a response that it would be resent. I never received anything and chose not to follow up again. If a business has too much business that they can't follow through on their end, then I'm not interested in dealing with them. I ultimately found another company called Freelight and would highly recommend them. Prompt, professional and with very effective follow up.

Description of Work: These guys are great. I thought I had a problem and called them They showed up that day, took a look as my issue and told me everything was OK, just some discoloration. They could have replaced the skylight and charged hundreds of dollars and I would have been happy. But they inspected the skylight, explained that I don't have a problem and charged me $0. If I have a problem down the line, I will call these guys. It's nice to find someone who is honest!

Description of Work: I purchased Velux thermal skylights to be installed in my kitchen. Kris, the installer, was prompt, professional and offered excellent advice as to placement of the skylights. His recommendation was counter to what I thought, but once installed, it became obvious his recommendation was indeed the right decision. Overall an excellent experience. I give the "Skylight Guy" and Kris the very highest marks.

Description of Work: They removed our outdated fluorescent kitchen light surrounding an existing skylight. Replaced skylight, finished the surfaces and installed recessed lighting over countertops, stove and sink areas. We are thrilled with the result. Kris was a very competent craftsman and was courteous and tidy.

Description of Work: Provided pricing over the phone and came to install within a week of our call. Installed two solar tubes in a clay tile roof. Efficient, clean and we LOVE the light. No more need to turn on lamps during the daytime!

Description of Work: They installed little skylights that are in a tube that runs from the roof to the house. No water and no heat threw the skylights and there was one installed in my office and the other in my bathroom.
