Description of Work: My sister passed away. I needed a cleaning service to clean her entire home from top to bottom. Including windows and steam cleaning tile floors.

Description of Work: I have had to discontinue service from several providers because they were unable to get my tile floors clean especially the kitchen and family room. When they left I could use a damp rag and it came away dirty. Not with the perfectionist. My floors are clean--my whole house is clean. My husband had even remarked about it. He is happy, too.

Description of Work: There were 3 people & they were here 2 1/4 hours. They charge by the hour & not by the job which is really more fair to everyone. |I'm very particular & I thought they did a good job. Not great but good. They're coming again this week.

Description of Work: During the initial quote for bi-monthly house cleaning, we were promised a team of 5 that would show up at 8:00am. They usually have a team of 3 or less and show up around 8:20 or so. My wife spends more time cleaning before the cleaners get there - because she know they won't do a great job - move things to dust under, wipe counters with objects on them. We also move furniture to make sure they remember to vacuum the whole floor. We usually find nooks undusted, floors unclean, etc after they leave. Flora (supervisor) is a great team lead - but still has to deal with the rest of the staff. They are average - and they just raised our rates for mediocre service. We have had to call them for quick service (windows cleaned) and they have been responsive trying to fit us in. We are currently looking for other services. Quotes we have received so far are cheaper and promise better service. We'll see.
