Very professional team, took direction and did a great job

The Perfectionist crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They were friendly with us but never stopped working, didn't assume anything but asked questions about what we wanted cleaned. They brought a ladder high enough to reach the ceiling fans, thus didn't expect us to provide one. They pleased me in every way.

It was just ok. I don't feel it was really the cleaning I had hoped for. I was hoping to walk in and know/feel a sigh of relief that the house looks clean

I have been using them since my review two years ago and I intend to continue using them.

They chipped my furniture,they streaked all my mirrors and they send 5 ladies and they scatter through out your home in all rooms to clean and they do not put anything back where it was and they unplug he'd my plugs and did put plugs back in. Plus they said they'd be there b y ten and they showed up at 11:30. I used them for about a month, I couldn't take it they are not good at cleaning and they are not professional I called last Friday to complain and no one has called me back. They are not perfectionist at all!!!!!

They worked fast and efficient. They were also friendly to my dog. 11/14/2014 update: They sent a man out to look at the blinds they bent while cleaning. The guy went to Home Depot and Lowe's to try and find matching blinds, but he couldn't find the correct ones. He informed me that he will continue to search for matching blinds and keep me updated with his findings. This was 3 days ago and I am still waiting to hear back from him.

The Perfectionist team arrived 15 minutes early and got to work right away. I instructed the crew on what I would like cleaned and what I didn't feel they should bother with. They did exactly what I asked for and I paid exactly what I was quoted (35 an hour per person). I booked my appointment via e-mail with Diane. The process was easy and Diane answered my e-mails promptly. I did not book them through the Angie's list web site (although I found them here) but I was allowed to use the coupon that they have on there listing. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team. They were brought all there own supplies, they showed up in a company van, they had on company shirts, and they were all able to communicate with me easily. I will absolutely use this company for my future cleaning needs!

Always timely, never a cancellation, friendly, eager to perform well and exceeded expectations.

We have used The Perfectionist for over 5 yrs. They are punctual, reliable, & very thorough.

I have used the Perfectionist's services multiple times over the last several years. They send in a crew of 3 or 4 people who do EVERYTHING, including bathrooms, dusting, wet mopping, vacuuming, windows, kitchens and all. You tell them what you need done and they will do it. For me, they did done post-construction cleaning before we moved into our new house, post-move cleaning (including oven!) for house we move out from, bi-weekly regular cleaning, and additional cleaning of windows or more intense cleaning of book/knick knack shelves as requested. They are usually (but not always) prompt, and lateness is usually caused by the job(s) they do before mine. Work is excellent and very thorough. The team leaders are very professional and ask me to review all the work before signing off on the work order and paying them. The cost is higher than I would like, but not unreasonable given the quality of their work. Another branch of the company, Moving Team Six, has moved us 3 times now and the service was impeccable: but I'll go there to rave about them!

We have used the perfectionist and there services for almost 10 years. They are professional reliable at work with you in scheduling issues. love them staff.

The Perfectionists have cleaned my house for over 15 years. They have always done a wonderful job. Kathy and her team clean all rooms of my house and make any beds that need clean sheets. They do an exemplary job. My house always looks so good after they leave! A bonus for me is Kathy even lets my dog out if I am not at home to do it myself. Tim, the owner of the company, is always available if I need him to replace the batteries in my smoke alarms or for window washing or a variety of other homeowner needs.

Flora and her team were on time as usual. They are fast, thorough and go out of their way to be kind to my elderly mother. If you make a suggestion one week, they remember it the next. Excellent work ethics.

The ladies work very quickly and do a fantastic job.

I used The Perfectionist Home Services, for the first time this past week. They came highly rated by our property manager here in Scottsdale. We had been away all summer and I wanted my home and guest house deep cleaned just before I arrived back for the winter season. Words cannot express how HAPPY I was with their job! They sent 4 cleaners out and removed and folded all of the sheets that were covering the furniture and beds. Cleaned every room, dusted, mopped stone and hardwood floors...EVEN cleaned and put my patio furniture out, with cushions on them and had everything sparkling in 3 hours. When I walked in the door, after driving 900 miles, I was sooo relieved that they had taken care of EVERYTHING! I am somewhat of a Clean Freak, and could not find anything that had not been address. I have already called and signed up for MONTHLY cleaning services, I AM THAT HAPPY!

His skill to do the work was extremely good, but he was lacking responsiveness and they didn't call back a couple of times when I needed to talk to them. He was late on the day he installed the unit, but the work was good.

The two guys did a really good job and I really liked them. The only problem I had, when they were taking out the old sink they couldn't get the garbage disposal out and had to go get a new one. Instead of having me pay for it, they bought a new one and put in on the business credit card, so I didn't have a receipt for my warranty. I called them 4 times for it and finally gave up. The guy who came out was professional and did great work, my problem is more with the office.

I highly recommend this company for packing services related to moving. They were extremely efficient and effective. Great attitudes. I loved working with these guys.

The Perfectionist Company did a poor job for a professional service because they did not pick things up and clean under them. They merely wiped around things if they even touched them at all. When I faxed the payment with my comments, they never called me back. They showed up today without knowing that I did not want their service again because they never made a follow up call with me. I am a perfectionist, and they provided lousy service all around in my opinion.

EXCELLENT JOB BY THIS CLEANING COMPANY. I HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARDS FOR CLEANING AND EVERY ONE OF THESE STANDARDS WAS MET AND OR EXCEEDED. A TEAM OF 3 VERY PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS AND ONE TEAM CAPTAIN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS SERVICE ON A REGULAR BASIS.

THEY CALLED 45 MIN. BEFORE ARRIVAL AND ARRIVED ON TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF 3 WHO WORKED FOR 5 HOURS. THEY DID NOT TOUCH AREAS I ASKED THEM NOT TO. CLEANING SERVICES WERE EXCELLENT. OWNER DROPPED BY TO CHECK ON WORK.

THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH PROMISED TO HAVE THE HANDYMAN CALL ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THAT SAME DAY. I NEVER HEARD FROM THE HANDYMAN. THE CALL I MADE AND THE TIME I SPENT WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WE RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS WE MAY NEED.

THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THE OWNER DOES THE WINDOWS HIMSELF. HE HAD A CREW OF 3 OR 4 OTHERS WORKING TOGETHER. THE HOUSE WAS IMMACULATELY CLEANED.
