The work went fine overall. They met all my expectations and it was very professionally done. There were like five different steps and two or three different people involved. It was very well coordinated and everything went off without a glitch. Their service was excellent. As the buyer of the product, you have to receive the merchandise, schedule an inspection and schedule someone to demo the cabinets. So there is a certain amount of hands-on by the customers.

There is no way of beating them. The carpet has little designs on it. It has tiny squares all over it. It?s not too high of a pile. It was very inexpensive. It was $1.89 a square feet. They did the installation for $139. The price was well worth it and it was a very positive experience. We also had to buy the carpet pad. We went with them because they were the cheapest. They were running a 1 year no payments, no interest campaign for all purchases over $299 on the home depot credit card. That was the determining factor for me. They have a lot of variety there. There is a big different depending on which home depot you go to. The customer service at one location was so much different from the other location. They installed the carpets. They also did the blinds on 10 windows. They came and measured the windows first. They charge $50 for the measurement and the $50 was taken off on the total when we ended up purchasing it. The installation was done very smoothly. They got here when they said they were coming. They took all day to do that work. They did a good job. They picked after themselves. It looks great. They vacuumed it all up. We were able to move in without having to do anything extra. It was ready to live on. One of the blinds isn?t working properly. I will be testing their responsiveness now. I have to get them and get the blind repaired.
