Steve Ferguson Cooling and Heating LLC

Was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all my questions. Checked out the attic where the air handlers go. Gave me quotes for two different brands. My impression was that they would have done a good job, but I had a big problem with their bid. It was almost double what every other bid I received was for comparable equipment. This could be due to the problems they saw getting equipment into attic, but that is just a guess as it was not itemized as a cost on the bid. Opted to go with another company.

I needed a new packaged heat pump for my home. After 11 years, my old Goettl finally died-partly damaged by the hail storm we experienced last October. Steve was one of several people I had come out to give me and estimate. Steve took a lot of time explaining the different models and features of several brands I had in mind. I discovered the reason he was so good at explaining things to me is because he teaches heating and cooling technicians how install and service them. He was on time for all of his appointments. He took the time to do things right. He explained how to program the new thermostat and had me do it a couple of times to make certain I understood it. He is simply the best contractor of any trade I have ever worked with. Very honest and very good. Additionally, Steve's price was the best of the quotes I received.
