The entire process went very well. This is not the first time I have used Parker & Sons. The first time I used them was 9 or 10 years ago. My AC stopped on a very hot summer day. It was an old unit and I was afraid It was something major. Turned out it was just a fried wire or switch. I think the bill was less than $200 and the AC / Heater unit worked perfectly for another 8 years. I could have kissed them I was so relieved. I know I am not the only one very happy with them, I see their trucks on my street all the time.

The service was a little more expensive than I thought because we had to replace the water heater but the guy was very good. He was fast and did a good job. He was very competent. I was happy with the work that he did.

They come twice to check if everything's fine. They just made sure that everything's okay with the heating and air conditioning. They were very prompt, and they came early in fact. Also, they were very polite. We were very happy with them. On the other hand, they were a little bit high on the air conditioning. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had bought a new washing machine to replace an ancient one. The day before the new one was to be delivered, I attempted to disconnect the old one and found the faucets were badly corroded and would not turn off. I called Parker & Sons and requested Damien who had worked on repairing our sewer line about a month earlier. He showed up first thing next morning, disconnected the old washer and installed new faucets, which incorporate a ball valve and only need a quarter turn to turn off and on. I would recommend Parker and Sons because of the quality of work they do and the price is reasonable.

I got bids from a half a dozen A/C outifts in town and Parker and Sons gave the most straightforward pitch and included all of the options I was looking for like improving the return to 24", installing a new intake grill, fabricating a new elbow, along with the standard install stuff such as roof mount, electrical, etc. The other bids hit on some of these points, but only Parker put them all into the price of the new unit. They were very motivated to get the job and made me a really good deal to get my business. The installers were friendly and professional. They seemed to enjoy their job, which makes me always have faith that they will do quality work and take some pride. The install went smoothly and the the quality of the work is very good. The new unit works perfectly and overall I just could not have been happier with the whole process. Having to get a new AC in the middle of August in Phoenix could have been a terrible experience, but Parker made it easy.

Mark was great to work with. He was very flexible with our schedule and showed up exactly at the time he said he would. Installation was quick and even replaced a shut off valve at no extra charge. Highly recommend this company. Very professional.

Our first time calling. They responded within 2 hours. The tech Mike was professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the repair, showed us a picture of the damaged part and set us up with a maintenance contract. I was very impressed with their operation.

Parker and Son's A/C installer was very prompt, informed me of all details along the way. Kept premises clean, and hauled away old unit. I have found Parker and Son's technicians to be very dependable. I would call them again.

The price was $1000 less for a better system and that was before all of the Costco incentives. The person that came out to do the quote was professional and informative, the installers were great, and they showed up when they said they would. There was a problem in that some of what they installed was different from what was ordered but when they were made aware they could not have been nicer about fixing the problem. Overall it was a great experience.

AC contract service were fairly good. Some servicemen were better than others. The plumber they sent to fix a leak, had to return because he did not fix it correctly and he was rude. When I requested another plumber I was told he was the only plumber available.

1-800-Plumbing of Arizona was fine. He patiently answered all the questions we had. I walked out to his truck. The graphics on the side were original, clean and shiny, as the whole truck was. The interior of the truck, when I was standing behind it with him, everything had a place and everything was neat. The guy was in shape. He didn't have the stereotypical paunch that plumbers are associated with having. He worked quickly and got everything done, minor imperfections, like not a very smooth caulking line at the base of the toilet. It's an old house and he asked for some paper towels to plug the hole left in the adobe wall after he took the gas line out. I declined that, because I wanted to do a better job with that, by filling it with that foam, that spray foam that expands. That would be much better insulating material. He was going to cap off the paper on either side with some caulking and it wouldn't have matched the stucco on the outside, so I did the recaulking on that. But those were very minor things. It would not have been practical for him to have hung around and put in the stucco, so I understand where he's coming from, there. He left us a letter opener and a little magnet for the refrigerator, featuring his business. Would I have him back? Yes. Is the best plumber out there? He's probably one of the them. So I'm very pleased with what he did. He did excellent work and was very competent, from what I saw. He's a small business and he's out to make a living. I don't begrudge him that at all and he earned his money. I don't fault him for wanting to use paper towels for covering the hole. He had patience to answer questions. He was not only doing a plumbing job, he also knew I was Angie's List and he knew he was auditioning. So I know that has some effect, as it would me, if I knew I was going to be judged and be written up. You're darn right I will.

While attempting to adjust our sprinkler system at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning, I checked to see that our main water valve was fully open. Unfortunately, I managed to jam the aging valve in the closed position, cutting off water for the entire house. After checking reviews for a plumber, I called Parker & Sons for emergency service. About 45 minutes after calling for service, I had not received a call back from a technician, so called their switchboard again to check the status of my request. Their dispatcher was extremely polite and helpful, calling the technician to check his whereabouts and then getting back to me. Bottom line: the repairman was at our house within 90 minutes of my having requested service. For an emergency call on a Sunday morning, I thought this was extremely reasonable. It took the technician about 45 minutes to replace the valve and get us up and running again. The charge was $255. This *might* have been a little on the high side (I'm no expert on these things), but it was a weekend emergency call, so I was not put off by the price. The only thing that put me off just a bit was that the technician had barely arrived before "upselling" us on the possible need for a water pressure regulator. I declined, and to be fair, the technician checked the pressure after installing the valve and let us know that the pressure was just fine, so there would have been no need for a regulator. Overall, this was a good customer experience.

They are very good. We gave them a try one-day and I called them. They were out when they said they were going to be out. They gave us a quote on what the work would cost to accomplish and got it done within that quote and were on their way. It is a very good outlet to use. They do heating, plumbing and air conditioning. They came out to do just an inspection on the heat pump on the house earlier last spring, probably in April. We have a contract with them, they come out twice a year to inspect the air conditioning function and then in the fall to inspect the heating function of the heat pump. It is a three-year contract. They do what they say they will do and when they will do it. Their price is reasonable. I did not have an argument with paying it at all. Regarding quality, if there is a problem it no longer exists when they are done. They put in a heat pump that we needed back in 2009 and the thing is just operating perfectly. It was a high quality unit, a high efficiency unit and the only thing that I can say is that we just had the regular inspections on it since they put it in and it is going strong, there has been no problem. They show up when they say they will show up. They will give you a timeframe and they have yet to miss it.

It went very well, everything works perfectly. Product was exactly as described and works perfectly. Cleaned up everything and hauled away the old units.

Everything went great! We called at 1:30am on the 4th of July when our A/C died. The tech called us back at 1:45am and was at our house at 2:15am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair by 4:00am. His professionalism and customer service was amazing! The repair was very expensive, but worth it to get our A/C back up and running before our 4th of July party.

Parker and Son's couldn't have been better. They were on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and finished before their original estimate of completion. From the very begiinning when they came to look at my old a/c to completion of the work was less than 48 hours. They offered me a portable a/c to use while I waited for the new a/c to be installed. I have had them for an install of a new solar hot water heater and they were just as good then as now. I won't be calling anyone before checking with Parker and Sons first.

I called Parker and Sons to service my RO water filtration system. While the technician was there, I pointed out that my food disposal unit was leaking. He told me that it needed to be replaced and that it would cost $400 with installation. Not knowing what the prices were for these units, I agreed to let him replace it. He finished the job in about 20 minutes. After he left, I checked the price of the unit on the internet and found that it ranged form $60 to $75. So how much was I charged for labor? You can easily do the math. This prompted me to contact them to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the price. After several days without a response, I contacted them again to let them know that I would be spreading the word about how much I was charged. That did the trick. The next day, I received a phone call from one of their managers and was given a refund of about $140. At least they were finally willing to listen and so something to address a very unhappy customer But this was also my bad, for not checking the prices before I agreed to let them do the work. Will I ever use them again? No. I have no complaints about the quality of their work and am always willing to pay more for better quality. But this was way over the top.

I had spoken to two other plumbers and they weren't able to come out until the following week. Parker and Sons told me they would have someone out that day. Damian came out and got the sewer temporarily unclogged. On Monday, June 3 another technician came out to run the camera through the sewer to find out what the problem was. He found that a tree that I planted the roots were blocking the drainage. I got an estimate to clear the line and repair it. We discussed that they would have to go through the roots of the tree to get to the sewer. I decided to have the tree removed. They came back on Monday, June 17 and removed leg-sized roots from the line and repaired and cleaned out the lines. Everything seems to be working well and they did a decent job. The yard looks pretty good for all of the work they had to do with the sewer lines.

Mark was excellent and very professional. He saved the day. My renters arrived about 2 hours after he was done and moved in.

He did a great job and it was a great service.

Very pleased with work accomplished. Servicemen showed up on time, was very courteous, and answered all our questions.

They're really very nice. Overall they provided me a good service but the problem is they charged a lot.
