Service has not begun. We are buying the contract at the closing of our home on 6/30/14. Covers most things we would be concerned with and more!

Excellent. From the time I called, I received nothing short of professionalism from OneGuard's intake, to the quick response from the contractor to the completion of service. This experience receives the highest possible rating from me.

It was excellent! First service was to repair a wine refrigerator. Company was very flexible with scheduling which I appreciated since I was still living full time in Michigan and had to wait until I was back at the condo. Parts had to be ordered and he returned a day or two later to finish. Today two service calls were performed. I entered requests on line Wednesday evening (late). I received calls on both of them first thing Thursday morning. Both service calls were scheduled for Friday afternoon (by different vendors). One replaced the ice maker in the refrigerator. They had called in advance to check the make and model number and came prepared with a replacement in case it was needed. That was done and they were gone in less than a half hour. I've heard the machine drop ice a few times already! The vendor was Valley Wide Appliance Repair. The second call was for a thermostat for the air conditioner. This service was done by Arizona Trade Masters (Zach). Again he had the thermostat in his truck. He found that the air conditioning kept shorting out because it had been wired incorrectly at the compressor (color coding of the wires not followed). He was able to adjust his wiring of the thermostat accordingly. It's now working great. I am very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of One Guard and the vendors they've sent out. This first year of home warranty was provided as part of the purchase of the property. Since it expires in July, I am seriously thinking about renewing the policy myself. It's been worth it!

Repairs were made and the area was clean and had no trace of disturbance.

Company was very responsive! Initial service provider not prompt or helpful, I called company, they immediately gave me another referral who was prompt, courteous and did the job in a timely manner. This local home warranty company is the best! Phone contacts very pleasant and anxious to help.

One Guard is my Home warranty company and I can't say enough about them. I have had to call them a couple of times since being in my home and that have provided me with great customer service. In my opinion they have provided me with both great customer service on their end as well as providing me with great contractors who have come out and performed the actual work. Each time I have spoken with them the person answering the phone has been pleasant to speak with and has been extremely helpful in getting me the proper contractor out to my house to assist me with what I needed. I have heard stories about home warranty companies not covering work that needs to get done but in the times that I have needed One Guard they have come through 100%.

The work was very professional and I am pleased with how much better this install looks than the one replaced. It wasn't immediate, the installer had to get a replacement tank, so we did have a few days of cold showers; but it cost us $59 for a new water heater that was professionally installed, so the cold showers were worth it. We have been with this warranty company for over 6 years and they have repaired/replaced many things on our house. We have had a couple of experiences where they sent out a contractor we didn't care for and they made sure not to send them again. They always follow up and ask how the repair went. We have a pool and hot tub and these guys have had to send people out many times. I have no idea how much we've saved by having this warranty company, but I know it has been well worth it. Furthermore, I trust this company, they are very responsive, and they always replace equipment with new, not used, parts. Our house isn't even all that old and it is amazing all of the problems that can pop up. Having the warranty does give me true piece of mind and it has saved us many times. I have heard plenty of stories about the poor service/quality from home warranty companies, however, this one is top notch. We do not ever plan on ending our service and I hope this company is available in any house we may move to in the future.

The contracted repair facility is to respond within 4 hours of the work order being submitted by OneGuard. Unfortunately, the first company to whom the work order was sent did not respond. HOWEVER, this is where OneGuard excels beautifully. I let them know and they immediately submitted the work order to a different contracted repair facility. They also provided the contact number of this repair facility to me so that I could go ahead and make contact and get an appointment set even before the work order was completed and sent to the contractor so as not to lose more time in getting the problem resolved. The second contractor was GREAT. He was contacted on a Friday, but rather than make me wait until Monday, which is what I had set my expectations for, he offered to come out on Saturday morning and assess the problem; which he did and kept me in the loop as to arrival time so I didn't have to sit at home wondering when he was coming. The problem was not able to be resolved with a repair, so he reached out to OneGuard for approval to replace the unit. They approved the replacement. He returned on Monday morning to complete the installation. This is pretty typical with my experience with OneGuard. I've used them on my last 3 homes (1 in Arizona and 2 in Texas) and have been quite pleased. They were first recommended by our Realtor in Arizona. OneGuard may not have the media/marketing presence that some of the other big names have, but I have insisted they be the Home Warranty Company of Choice to both of my Realtors on my present home and the previous one. I like that I can submit my claim online - even over the weekend or on Holidays and they take care of it immediately when they return to the office. If I opt to call, instead of go online, I like that a real person answers the call. They always follow up with an e-mail after the repair work is done so you can provide feedback... and if you have questions or concerns, they are happy to walk you through a resolution over the phone. The pricing is fair and quite competitive. Because I travel extensively for work and want my family to be able to resolve any problems with our home when they arise, I plan to continue using OneGuard so that covered repair work is only a phone call or online submission away. I trust OneGuard Home Warranties to come through for me every time there is a covered repair problem... and I have even called them for a repair that is not covered in order to ask for a recommendation of a repair facility - which they are happy to provide. I could go on and on... and yes, there have been a few bumps along the way across the 3 homes they have covered for me, but they are people of integrity and, as I stated earlier, will walk you through a resolution. Big Thumbs Up!

One guard is a joy to deal with as a warranty company. The call to report the problem was painless due to the professional way our call was handled and then the follow up to insure the pool company had called and scheduled an appointment. TheTech arrived as scheduled and evaluated problems very quickly. He opened the back flush valve and flushed the DE filter until it ran clean. He then took the back flush valve apart and lubed the o-rings to allow the valve to work properly in the future. He then checked the output of the spa jets and found them working properly due to the back flush of the system. Finally, he recommended that the DE filter be cleaned because, having just bought the house, I did not know the last time it had been done. He checked to insure that I knew how to do it since this is the first time I had not had a filter system with cartridge filters.

All the services we have needed through One Guard have been easy to set-up and everyone that has come to our home has been friendly. We have even told our friends and realtors about One Guard! We for sure will be renewing our home warranty through One Guard for years to come. In the 9 months so far with them, the warranty has more than paid for itself with the issues that have arised with our home.

The repair was very quick and One Guard as usual made sure the service man came at the apt time. They also followed up to see is I was happy, which I was.

Replaced Microwave

As part of my home warranty, One-Guard provides a semi-yearly air conditioner tune-up. I requested and paid for the service on-line and someone called within a few days from the contracted service company. They let me know they had received the order and they asked me about the best days for me and my schedule for the following week (this was a Thursday). They called me back the following day to schedule the appointment for the following Wednesday, which worked best for me. The tech called prior to arriving, was very nice, explained what he was doing, and asked before making any repairs as that was an additional service fee. We only required a few minor replacement parts and he was able to make the repairs that day and the units have been running great since. Very pleased with the service!

So far we've had excellent experiences with OneGuard. Every time we call with an issue, we've had repairs within a day or two. The service providers have been excellent. We've had to have our refrigerator repaired and our lawn irrigation system repaired. Both times the service provided was thorough. Prior to deciding to go with OneGuard, I read a lot of reviews and horror stories about all of the companies offering home warranties. I also understand that nobody can make everybody happy, but I'm glad I decided to go with OneGuard, and I hope they continue to keep up the excellent work.

Repair cost was estimated to be over $700. On Guard offered to replace the unit and gave us an allowance for a new unit, which we accepted.

Excellent service! I thought it was an electrical problem, so they sent an electrician and it was not an electrical problem. So, they sent HVAC repairman and only charged me for 1 trip charge. Very professional, timely service and great follow-through! Highly recommend One Guard! I've had other home warranty companies and this one is definitely the best!

Cleaned from room with special care for high traffic areas. His truck was filled with all the latest cleaning supplies, equioment including high pressure heated water. was impressed at the amount of the equipment and quality of cleaning hoses, water heater and vacuum return pressure. made special effort to clean all areas, and made special effort to clean up inside and my driveway. have used other carpet cleaner, who reminded me of used care salesman. Called One Guard in am....received a call back from Pruitt's Plumbing shortly thereafter to set up a time. The next day he came and was able to repair it in a short time...about 15 minutes...

I have been very pleased with their services.

I used my normal pool repair company for the leaks but they did assist with the air conditioning issue. The people have been good to work with.

I contacted Oneguard because I am currently under contract to buy a home. The things I saw online made me want to go with this company for a warranty. I called to get more information, especially about coverage and pools. Because I was on the phone with the sales department, I was hoping to get more information. I asked about how the renewal process works, if after the first year I want to keep the service. The sales person told me it depends. I tried asking more questions, but received little information. ^^^^^Update I ended up calling back to Oneguard in hopes of speaking with another representative. The second rep was great. She provided helpful information and because of Oneguard's record, the information provided and their services offered, I knew this was the way to go. I submitted their information to the title company to purchase a policy through oneguard. I was contacted almost immediately by Oneguard after this review by the supervisor. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She already had listened to my previous calls and had addressed the issues I had with the first phone call. She went above and beyond to keep my business and I look forward to working with Oneguard.

ONe Guard is an excellent warranty company to deal with. This will be our 4th year with them. We were with another company almost 20 years but their contactors started to get sloppy and delayed and they balked at doing any warranty work. ONe Guard has been extremely fair, honest, and professional. Their contractors are professional and always on time. We've actually used our warranty a lot because we are not handy at all, and the majority of things called in would require a contractor anyway. It is a relief that One Guard has selected such wonderful contractors for all different lines of work. I recommend One Guard to all of our neighbors and family members.

they're GREAT!!! We have had them provide our Home Warranty for the past 4 years and they do a fantastic job. The warranty we selected was the Premium Plan with full coverage. Other plans are less expensive. We have used the plan multiple times ove the past 4 years and have had no problems what so ever, they are courteous, prompt and professional. All service providers are equally as courteous, prompt and professional. All work required was completed with exceptional results. Again -- we are a return customer and will continue to use this service.
