Description of Work: Provided financing for our AZ home purchase. They were the only company able to get us a regular (non hard money) mortgage after a medical credit issue we faced. Of the 12 mortgage companies we have used in the past Eddie's team was simply the best. Fast, organized and efficient!

Description of Work: We refinanced our mortgage using the Eddie Mortgage Team. It was very convenient, they took care of almost everything. We did not even have to go in to a title company for the closing, they sent somebody out to our house at our convenience. There was no out of pocket cost for us, our payments just went down.

Description of Work: We refinanced with O'dowd Mortgage and found the overall experience to be outstanding. Kathy Rhubottom was the agent we dealt with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. She really knows the business. We did everything by phone/e-mail/mail and the closing was with a mobile notary at our house. We got a good rate with minimal closing costs We give them our highest recommendation.
