Marlin communicated and showed us what needed to be done, our carpet needed to be stretched in the hallway and primary bedroom. He said he would be at our house at 10am to complete the project, he was on time, professional and got the job done right! I will call him again should I have the same issues in the other rooms and recommend him highly to others. Plus his prices are reasonable.

When I first started looking for carpet repair their name popped up and they contacted me. The appt was very fast. Even came on a Sunday! Texted me the day before to confirm the appointment. Then the day of he texted if he could come earlier. I was fine with that. Repaired 3 thresholds where my car cats picked at the carpet. Took carpet from the closet. Brought a piece of carpet that matched pretty close to put in the closet. Happy with the results. It will take some time for it match but it saved me from having the whole room replaced. Wasn't in the budget right now to totally replace. I'm very satisfied. Thank you Majestic Carpet!! ☺️

They did the work in a timely manner and left everything the way they found it. They were even able to get here a little early which worked out for both of us.
