From the first phone call thru the sales presentation all the way including the installation it was a pleasure to work with this company. They explained everything to the very detail and we knew exactly what will happen next. Since I went to Europe for 5 weeks and my husband did not want to be bothered with any of this we agreed on an installation when I returned. The time was kept and everything was perfect. The team they sent for the installation was great and knew what they were doing. We are more than very pleased with our retractable Awning and our Patio Sun & Wind Screen which are both powered by a remote. Thanks for the wonderful and uncomplicated experience.

Very professional. We love our shades. They are on the high end of cost but the quality is there. The only thing that bothers me is that where the cranks are there is a drip of oil that falls on my marbella pavers causing a stain I cannot get out. I often catch the drip forming and have to wipe it before it falls.

From beginning to end, from communications with receptionists, estimators, the company owner, and the installers, each and every contact was thoroughly refreshing and extremely professional. The company told us what they would do, when they would do it, what the costs would be, and did the work precisely the way it was laid out in a timely manner. We have hired competiive firms in years past and have always been disappointed by indifferent, sloppy work and price overruns. These people are extremely conscientious and deliver what they promise. We would recommend Liberty Home Products enthusiastically and without reservations. They are professionals.

I contacted Mike at the Home and Garden show, We established a date and time for him to come out and give me an estimate and to measure the opening. He arrived on time gave me a price and assisted me with picking out the fabric and color. A tenative date was set for the installation. They called a week ahead of time and established a time and date for the installation. The 2 installation techs arrived on time, installed the screen, cleaned up and explained the operation and care of the screen. They did an excellent job!

All I can say is they were great. They were very prompt and professional. The quality of work was excellent and they were neatly dressed. After the job was completed they cleaned up every thing very nicely.

This company sold me and installed 5 sunscreens for my home. They installed it incorrectly, then when I called them they wouldn't come and fix the problem without charging me half of what I paid for it. All I have to say about this company is buyer beware.

My wife and I went to the office, placed the order, and paid the required 50% ($205.00) downpayment on May 11, 2007. We were told that it will be completed in 3 weeks. It's been over 8 weeks and the awning is not finished. Every time I call to get the status, I was told that it will be done next week.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE STYLE AND COLOR OF THE SHADES/SUNSCREENS FOR OUR PATIO. THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR ORDERING WAS ACCURATE. THE SHADES WERE INSTALLED WITH A FEW EXTRA HOLES IN OUR WALLS, WHICH THEY FIXED. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
