Vice did an amazing job and for a very reasonable price. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very personable and professional. My house feels clean and fresh after he cleaned and sanitized our vents. Highly recommend!

He was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. He arrived timely on day scheduled, explained the assignment in detail and completed work. He cleaned up and showed me the end product from his machine in his truck. I definitely recommend!

First off, I am glad I did not let the one bad rating for this company change my mind about using them. When I put in for immediate service on the site Mr. Vince Offutt immediately responded and accommodated my last minute request along with a very reasonable over the phone flat fee, no hidden charges. His staff worker was a very pleasant and respectful young man who got to work immediately upon his arrival and did a real good and thorough job. I am a Realtor and my company also sends out client survey's, so I have had experience with clients rating my performances and I understand there are some people you just cannot please.

Being that I used to clean carpets for about 10 years myself, I know the routine and the sale pitches and all that. But with Vince he was very professional. He did an excellent job on the carpet and treated me like a good friend. I will most definitely recommend Keep It Clean to all my friends and family.

Didn't give me a proper quote... quoted the job then when he got there said he couldn't do it for that price. Also had a child on the job ( around 10 ) mopped the floor with dirty water, didn't empty buckets and the floor was a mess. Didn't clean out cabinets as specified in the original discussion and in general a very sloppy job.

I was impressed he came out the same day I called him. Very reasonable priced and yes I would use him again. Thank you
