Work was satisfactory, but expensive

Mark was awesome! He came to evaluate the requirements of the job, and on the day it was scheduled for he showed up on time and prepared to work. In short order he had all the marble up off the floor and evaluated what was required to continue with the job. He picked the material up on his way to work in the mornings, which was a big help to me as I didn't know what was needed. He was on time every day, worked hard in the heat with just a fan, was very polite, organized, thorough, meticulous, particular, and finished on time. He took all the garbage away, about 3000 lbs of marble and mortar! He did an absolutely fantastic job. The floor is level, spotless, and the tile cuts perfect. I will request him anytime I use handyman connection. Truly a craftsman.....

They are a one stop shop. They are able to look at the issues and they will call you ahead of time to let you know cost. They are in and out and they do not have to be supervised as I have not been present for most of the service.

David Morisch came and provided a quote for the work I needed, then ordered the replacement door and contacted me when it was available. Making the appointments for the estimate and the work was easy and he was punctual and professional. On the day that he did the work, everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up with no mess left behind. Last minute, I asked him to see what could be done to child-proof a heavy bookcase, he took a look and went ahead and attached it to the wall so that I don't have to worry about it potentially falling forward and causing injury. I would absolutely hire him again.

They were really nice and if I ever needed more drywall done we would definitely call them again.

We had several items throughout our entire house that needed to be painted, patched, and drywalled. We called Handyman Connection based on Angie's List reviews and were not disappointed. The person who answered the phone was very nice and wrote down what we wanted so she could match us with the appropriate person. Jack came to do the work and was courteous, professional, and very friendly. He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and oftentimes went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely use this company again.

It went well, he did a very good job. Very friendly told me what he was going to do. I have already made an appointment for an estimate on some work inside the house.

They do excellent work. They are on time. I didn't have any issues with them. They are very professional. They always call before they come.

John showed up exactly on time and would do so each day he needed to be at the house. That was impressive however his work around the house was even more so...it was extraordinary. He was committed to excellence. He delivered excellence. This is the second time in about 8 years I have used handyman connection and each time they have sent skilled gentleman to take on the task. I could not be more pleased. I do think they are bit expensive even with coupons but for peace of mind they are worth every penny.

It went well. The outside doors in our house had big gaps between the door and the frame and I had to put a towel on the floor in the bathroom to keep bugs and dirt (maybe even a scorpion) from coming in the house. I finally got around to having these guys fix it and no problems since then. What a relief! The handyman was friendly and knowledgeable. I have some more projects I'm going to hire them to do soon.

We were not contacted before we left. The estimate was given but no confirmation was made. We returned 7 days later and tried to get in contact with the company. We left messages with the main dispatcher but for two days we were not contacted by the repairman that we would have contracted to do the job. Then by the time the repairman did contact us I had another company coming out to give a bid. That bid was about the same as Handyman's bid. I took my chances on not going with Handyman because of the poor communication between us.

The work turned out fine. We were satisfied with it.

I was very satisfied with their work. I thought their pricing was very reasonable.

I was not pleased with them. The guy showed up and gave me an estimate that I thought was a little bit too high. He went to the store and bought a mailbox and post. After he got it in the ground, the post was in two pieces and was loose at the joint. He tried putting in screws and was moderately successful.

We have had both good and bad experiences with them. Their technicians seem to lack in consistency and come and go. We had one guy do a bathroom in one of our rental properties and we had to have another company re-do the bathroom. The shower enclosure had come lose and we were told that it was never installed properly in the first place. There were also water leaks after the bathroom remodel. We have had a technician come out and do the ceiling at our house and he did a fantastic job. When they come, they give you an estimate. From what I remember, you have to pay for the labor and the time they take to purchase the materials for job. They were always on time to the job. However, sometimes the handyman would show up at our primary address instead of the address for our rental unit. When you call in, they have great professionalism.

We needed our exterior stucco yard walls painted for a backyard dinner/dance party we were planning in five days. The stucco along our yard side walls had deteriorated due to heavy water damage and was an eye sore. I contacted The Handyman Connection on Monday May 6th, on Thursday Mark Jurado from Handyman came and appraised the situation. It was too late in the day on Thursday to do the work that was needed, however Mark contacted his office to rescheduled his Friday morning so that he could accommodate my short time frame. Mark also called later Thursday night to reconfirm that he would be arriving at 6:30 am Friday the next morning. That reconfirming courtesy call really put my mind at ease. Mark was on time, extremely courteous, thorough and got the job done in a very timely manner. Our backyard stucco walls look great. I highly recommend Handyman Connections for there great service, quick response to our needs and wonderful customer care. Sincerely, Terry and John Binkele.

Handyman Connection from Phoenix was excellent. They did an excellent job. They came on time and did the work that needed to be done. I would recommend them.

They showed as per the appointed time. Had to get part so returned the next day and completed repair. Very professional.

We moved out of state and were repairing several items as a result of a home inspection. I'm glad I found Handyman Connection on Angie's List. I called to make an appointment and was taken care of by a very polite woman. She arranged for David Swift to visit our home for the above repairs. David called us as soon as he arrived at the house and we discussed the items that needed repair. He gave us an estimate and scheduled a date for the work to be completed. On this day, he called us again to review all of the work he did, emailed us a copy of the invoice and even took photos of the work he did. He is very customer oriented, easy to communicate with, and very courteous. I was surprised by the level of service we received from David. Most contractors are always in a hurry and don't seem to have time to talk. David was very professional and took his time to ensure he completed all of the work to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Handyman Connection and David Swift.

I didn't remember being told when I called that the service call was $90 for 1hr. So mike had to explain how it worked to me. We settled on what I needed done,and Mike started. He did an hours worth of work. I was satisfied with the amount of things done in that hour.

He came, unboxed, installed, cleaned up and went on his way. He answered my questions truthfully and in a way I could understand and he wasn't obtrusive. It was a perfect installation and I know have much quieter, perfectly installed ceiling fans. :)

I love this company. I will definitely use them again and will ALWAYS ask for Mark; he's the ultimate profesional!
