At first there was a hick-up but Handyman Connection got right on it and sent Shad out to complete the job. Had done a very good & professional job. Handyman Connection seems to focus on customer satisfaction and I would definitely call them for future handyman needs.

The work was performed promptly, but the price was outrageous for something that took them 10 minutes to complete after purchasing the part.

Handyman was right on time. Very professional and efficient. First he hung a ceiling fan in the bedroom. He made it look so easy and had it done in no time at all. Next, he hung a set of lights in the bathroom over the vanity. I had been trying to hang it for about a month but couldn't figure it out. He also hung a medicine cabinet. Handy man was great. Had every thing done within an hour or so-I was happy to pay the price-so much stress relieved by having it finally done. Wish I could remember the Handy Mans name-fantastic worker.

We had been trying for over three weeks to get our toilet/plumbing repaired. A few services wouldn't even come look at it because the job was "too small." One contractor who came to our house said he wouldn't do the job on our toilet, but would return to his office and write us up an (unsolicited) estimate to remodel our entire bathroom. I was still waiting for an estimate from yet another contractor when I called The Handyman Connection. The gentleman I spoke with was courteous and professional, and in less than 24 hours from our first conversation our toilet was fixed! I am beyond pleased with the job Wayne did for us, and we'll be calling Handyman Connection again specifically to ask for Wayne. I have a list of things I'd like updated in my house, including that bathroom, come to think of it! Thank you very much to everyone at The Handyman Connection, especially Wayne. A majority of the work went very well. There were a couple of areas where the wrong equipment was purchased to complete the job (replacing the fan in the bathroom and the sliding screen door). Originally the work was not completed to my satisfaction for those two items but he company did follow through to ensure the items were fixed and that I was completely satisfied. I was not comfortable with the first handyman that was sent out asking me to leave the house to buy supplies for the items he did not get correct originally. if find this a very inappropriate request do not like strangers being left alone in the house with my family. I informed the company of this odd request and hopefully they will change their policy.

Mark from Handyman came out for the estimate and he was on time, friendly and professional. We had him return to complete part of the work.(we will have the full work completed at a latter date) We had a new electrical problem come up and he found the problem and made the repairs. He installed a dedicate plug to our microwave, this was a challenge as we have a flat roof and the main box was at the opposite side of the house. He had to run conduit along the side of the house and he worked in the heat and was able to complete the work in 2 days. We had him do some additional work as well, there were no GFI plugs in the kitchen so we had him install 2. This was my first experience using Angie's List and I am more than satisfied with this service. We also got a $50 coupon from them to apply to this bill. Pretty much covered the fee to sign up on Angie's List twice over. Thanks Angie. We would recommend Mark and Handyman Connection without hesitation as well as using Angie's List. I will go there first to find whatever I'm looking for. You will not be sorry if you use their services. Mike from Glendale

I used two different handymen from the company for different parts of the job. Both were courteous, professional and knowledgable about their tasks. I also asked them about additional work, and they were very helpful when it was something they could do, and suggested other approaches if they felt they weren't the right person for the job. The company uses a very professional estimation process to give you price certainty about any given project - the labor cost is determined upfront, no matter the extra number of hours or problems they might run into, and you pay for materials at cost - either get them yourself or they will get them for you. You could probably find a cheaper handyman service, but I don't think you could find one who gives you a better balance of price, value and quality of service.

The man that came out to the home was great and I was going to hire him for the work. I had an emergency and had to cancel tried to call on Friday afternoon,Saturday, Sunday and there was no answering machine. They close at five on Friday and there is no way to contact them over the weekend. I called and spoke with Manager of the company and made a recommendation that he have an answering machines for his customers thinking this would build customer service. I feel he was inappropriate in his reaction to the suggestion of getting an answer machine. I decided not to work with him due to his inappropriate reactions. The guy that came out was great the below good grades reflect the service from him.

Came to repair a leak in baseboard. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Told me what I needed to do. Couldn't have been happier

The work was done efficiently and quickly. When the work was done cleaned up the work areas and left things as clean as before the work.

My contact with Handyman Connection was short and professional. Although they could not do what I was asking they gave me a glowing recommendation for someone who could. Customer service like this cannot be found.

Dave was extremely professional. He arrived at the exact time he said - assessed the job quickly, obtained required items and finished the job efficiently and to satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Dave to family and friends.

When I purchased my home, the outdoor laundry room was not spacious enough for newer high efficiency washers/dryers. So, I hired a handyman to expand the space. He did it, and did not do a very thorough job. After every dust storm, monsoon, etc. the washer and dryer were covered in dirt. Spiders and birds were able to get in through holes in the walls and under the door. Enter Handyman Connection. Their Master Craftsman Jonathan Greene came out, looked it over, and worked wonders. The interior is now sealed. The drywall work is great. The door is sealed. The light switch is now in the laundry room instead of located in the master bedroom. It is now one of the nicer rooms in the house. Handyman Connection was not the most economical choice, but Mr. Greene's work is outstanding. I definitely got what I paid for. And he left my home as clean as it was prior to the repair. I would gladly use them again, and intend to. I have since referred them to my mom and grandmother. There were a few minor issues; I had to follow up with the office for the estimates; I did not get them by the date specified and there was no follow up. And Mr. Greene was an hour late one of the days and didn't let me know; a phone call would have been appropriate. Also, there were four small holes that were not patched on an interior wall. Nothing is perfect, and the most important aspect of this interaction (the laundry room upgrade) more than makes up for any inconveniences. Handyman Connection is fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Not only did he get the parts, and fixed what we wanted, he found some issues and showed us the problem, and the fix saved us a future leak. He also installed a kitchen faucet and did additional preventative maintenance that I can't do...plumbing challenged. I got the impression that we can call them to do almost anything I can't at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely call on them again.

Previously Tom fixed the door leading to the yard which was falling off the hinges and re-hung the vertical blind covering the sliding glass door. At that time he gave me the estimate to replace the door into the garage. He told me the size of door to order, When I received the door I called to have it installed. Tom showed up on time and the door is working perfectly.

We used Handyman Connection twice and had two completely different experiences, one great, one not so great (hence my scoring was challenging) 1st visit- Bob came out and he was great. Came out and gave an estimate one day, some miscommunication about being able to have the work done that day, but we resolved it and he came back two weeks later to do the work. He was timely, professional, went to Home Depot around the corner for additional supplies, as needed, and the price was great! A long time ago, I had a roommate run into the wall under my carport, which led to the laundry room. She cracked the dry wall, base board, and pushed the window in. He cut the damaged drywall out, pushed the window back in place, repaired the drywall and baseboard, retextured the wall, caulked the outside wall, and picked up paint for me to complete the project when he had to go to Home Depot for something else. This was all done for about $350. 2nd visit- Mike came out, gave estimate, and did the work the same day. Originally, I asked for him to paint a small bathroom, install a ceiling fan, fix the garbage disposal, and fix an electrical outlet. The estimate was for $475 (with my discount), not including all the supplies that I purchased prior and the ones I had to run to that day. I feel like I should have just done the work myself, as it was not worth $475. I feel like he was very judgemental about the way the bathrom was painted before, the way the garbage disposal was originally installed, and the original electrical work done on the outlet. I am paying for him to fix these items, not to give commentary about what was done incorrectly the first time. He painted the bathroom; however, I had to point out a drip onto the baseboard, he left the floor dirty with dirt and several drip spots, and I had to do a second coat on two areas once he left. He installed the ceiling fan, which he gave me some grief about wanting the blades dark side down, rather than light, but he never asked me my preference. He fixed the garbage disposal once I had to go to Home Depot and get a replacement part and kept commenting on the poor install job in the first place. He was unable to fix my outlet, because "he has too big of fingers and I need an electrician with smaller hands". I feel like he was quick to say what was wrong with something, but did not offer solutions without me asking several times. In all honesty, I just wanted him to finish and leave, which is why I did not ask him to do a second coat of paint and now I still need to find an electrician with "smaller fingers" to complete the work I needed. Based on my second experience, I am not sure I would hire again, unless I knew Bob would be the one performing the work.

Good job but I found several splatters of stain on the house and cool decking in the patio.

The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and a very nice guy. When he said he was going to be here, he was here.

I recently used Handyman Connection to do a 2 bathroom remodels and several miscellaneous items around our house that we just purchased. Things that make Handyman Connection stand out is there up front pricing, experience and no hassle approach. WIth handyman connection, you truly get what you pay for. All of their quotes included accurate materials estimates and there labor costs never exceeded what was proposed initially. In both bathrooms that they did, they never once cut any corners. Some examples of this are putting the red guard down (prevents moisture from seeping through), redoing things if they weren't happy with them and doing walk through's with myself and my wife every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Our craftsman - Mike returned calls promptly and answered the millions of questions we had along the way without any hesitation. He truly cared that our bathroom turned out exactly the way we wanted it to. Thanks Handyman Connection for great service, quality work and awesome followup. I will continue to use Handyman connection moving forward for simple honey do lists all the way up full remodels.

No problems. Dan worked on my house. I didn't have to lock my dogs away as he was comfortable with my dogs. Dan did a good job on my place. And I trusted him to be at my home alone.

I would like to say, I was very impressed with the first phone call to Handyman Connection and the quick call back response from Allen! Explained in detail of what needed to be repaired from tearing down the ceiling in bedroom, installing new drywall to replacing trim and reinforcing sagging hallway ceiling in front bedrooms. Allen provided his quote for the entire job and also provided an itemized bid if each item was to be done individually. I was very impressed with speaking with Jared who I have spoken with to confirm when the job will start. I had the pleasure in meeting Jack and Partner that have done all the labor! Very Pleased from start to finish and most of all the quick response time! I would definitely hire them for future work for both of my rental properties and the house I live in. Sincerely, Ramona
