Handyman Connection - Phoenix

They were all things that my husband knows how to do, but doesn't have time to fix right now. Based on husband's knowledge of how long it would take himself to do the projects, the cost seemed way too high. I didn't receive and estimate by email (as I was told), and I had to follow up several times before I even received the estimate. I was not impressed and am looking for a different handyman service.

Went very well and he also painted conduits to match home. He was very professional, I highly recommend them.

I have used Handyman Connection several times and will always call them first. They have the ability to do anything you need done. The craftsmen are experienced and just down right nice and the support staff in the office are great. I have 2 workers schedules in march. Jonathan is redoing a bathroom and Mark is installing ceiling fans. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Handyman and all your staff and Angie's list for turning me on to them...Mike

I found it required an experienced electrician. The problem was not with Handyman Connection, just not the right resource for the job to be done.

I was on a time crunch they worked me in within a day or two it was very hot but he came did a good job without complaining cleaned up his supplies I was very happy with the service. Will use them again if I have a need.

Tech arrived on time and explained that he would not know the condition of the rollers until he had the door off and could examine them. He quoted $90.00 to remove door and clean track, plus the cost of rollers and maybe additional charges because of the age of the door (25 plus years). I was impressed by his courtesy and professionalism. However, he ran into a problem in how to get the door off. He tried about everything he could and still was not able to remove the door. He got the front rollers off the track but could not remove the door, and he could not get the front rollers back on the track. The door is still not working and is harder to shut now than before. In the future I would use a company that only works on patio doors, not a general handy man type. If I needed some other type of work I would consider using this company again.

He is very good at what he does. I was disappointed that I did not get a call back from this company.

We initially set our appointment with Allen, was very upfront and hoenst about all costs involved. His quote included labor and materials and was within $15 of the original quote. | |Everything went very well. Our craftsmen Mike was on time and was very clean throughout the whole process. Mike is very methodical and detailed. He doesn't cut any corners and always takes the time to do it right the first time. | |Overall Handyman Connection is exactly what I was looking for. I am very busy most of the time and need a company that can come in, do the job right and not bother me with all the details along the way. I just want to be able to come home and have everything done as expected. This is exactly what Handyman Connection did for us.

Although the pan only had a 1-year warranty, Handyman Connection replaced the shower pan for the cost of materials. We really appreciate this as it confirms our experience with them as customer oriented craftsmen. We highly recommend them.

A representative came out on Jan. 22nd to gather information for an estimate. I was told by him that he would get an estimate to me within a day or two. I have not heard from him since. I called the office on Jan. 28th or 29th to ask about the estimate and was told by the person on the phone that she would get in touch with the gentleman to see what the status of the estimate was. There has been no follow up since. We are moving on.

Excellent quality of work, fair price and communicates well regarding needed repairs and options. Nice guy.

The tech arrived early, was professional and very efficient. He provided not only the service requested, but also made suggestions to be sure we had an optimum installation of the boards. Great service and I would not hesitate to call again!

Hung a security screen door. The door was crooked so it was more of a challenge and he made the extra effort.

Work was excellent, performed in a timely manner such that the printing date was reached on time. Cost for the work was reasonable.

Went above and beyond by regrouting a few areas that were not part of the original repair request and at no additional cost. Final project looks as good as it did brand new.

The handyman did not have plumbing knowledge and limited electrical knowledge. He made more problems than I needed. After several visits I spoke to someone and another handyman was sent out to fix all the mistakes. Very disappointing and aggravating experience.

I supplied all materials, so this was a labor only contract. Arrived on time, did a good and thorough job, cleaned up well. I think their labor price is a little high, but you get what you pay for and in this case it was well worth it.

Excellent overall job. They worked with me and were amenable to on the spot minor changes. The tile work was good, but not quite up to a specialist's work-- but the next lowest bidder was about 2k over their bid. Overall I am very happy with the work and my remodeled bathroom.

Our provider arrived on time, quickly got to work. and finished in an hour. He pointed out that part of lthe cabinet was loose so he reinforced it before he put in the new drawer.

George has done so many jobs for me I've lost count. He is a plumber, a carpenter, a painter, an "engineer," among other things. He is absolutely my go-to guy. And he's very nice, honest, friendly, and professional.

They did not fix my kitchen utility drawer. They told me I could go to Home Depot and buy a universal drawer and they would than come back and install it for $95. I thought that was excessive after I was to spend $70 to buy the drawer. I just got my hot glue gun out and fixed it temporarily that way.

Wayne was very pleasant to work with and very on task. He was able to attach things safely and securely which had been my concern, particularly with the heavier items which had caused some damage in the past. This time I have a couple of tiny paint spots to touch up,no problems. The work looks very nice.

I've used Handyman Connection a few times now, once to replace a door, once for some drywall work, and once to install an electrical fixture. Have been pleased every time. They always gave me a quote, performed the work as promised, and the last time, although the guy went way over on his time estimate, he stood by his initial quote. Workmanship is good. I'm pleased.

I will use them in the future for any remodel I need.
