Handyman had trouble placing blinds. I had to show him how.

He did a great job! I will use Handyman Connection and Rob again and I highly recommend them.

Handyman Connection was great. They were very helpful, responded quickly, were totally professional. We had a great experience and the bathroom remodel is excellent.

He was professional, courteous, prompt, and completed the job totally to my satisfaction. It looks great! He went the extra step and picked up supplies he needed that I couldn't. He was very trustworthy and I felt so comfortable with him in the house by himself. I will ask him to do my bathroom!

I was very impressed with their professionalism. However, I ended up not choosing them because of timetable considerations.

I had just moved back to the states while my husband was working over seas and found that my windows did not have any blinds or drapes in my rental location. Handyman Connection came immediately, did excellent work and I could not have been happier with the service. They were prompt and on time and called ahead as well. I have lived in Pheonix for several minutes and am aware of how difficult it is to find a good handyman that will return your call and be reliable.

It was great. They did a great job. Dennis came out and I think he did a super job. The doors are perfectly. It was a beautiful job. They were excellent. The guys were really good. He worked really hard and he was honest. The workmanship was really good.

It was great....see above for details. Dave Kirkland did the work for us. He's done other repairs for us and he is very knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy.

Excellent service, on time, reasonable price, suggested additional help in changing a doorknob.

Wanted $90 to cut the board....even tech was astounded! Said you are out of your mind. Charged almost $300 to put the Gazebo together. I was desperate before company arrival so paid it. To add fuel to the fire the tech decided he would clean out his van on my property on my time. Unbelievable! Relative used to work for them so they gave me a small discount for using them too. They didn't have to continue it after she left...just be honest. I did a fair bit of business with them previously but NEVER again. Or since these last jobs were small perhaps they couldn't be bothered! HandyMan Connection can take a hike!

I Called Handyman Connection to set up appt and had someone come out to give an estimate. Dennis arrived on time and provided an estimate with the information I provided. He calls his office and they give him a price of 600 dollars. Now at this point I was thinking it was for labor and materials but this was for labor only. Still a fair price but not the best. Dennis ran to a big box store to get the materials needed for the job. This works by him going to the store getting what he needs and when he is at the checkout lane you receive a phone call from the cashier to get your CC information to make the purchase. Dennis said the old ducting was built inside the wall and gave a recommendation of running new duct work along the outside of the wall through the ceiling and toward the vent top on the roof. I thought it was a good option and was not too concerned with aesthetics. It was a laundry room/ pantry anyway. He completed that work and went on to put in a new bathroom fan and new duct work for that as well. Dennis did a good job and I would use Handyman Connection in the future.

I have use this company's services on a number of occasions, but it has been 18 mos since I last used them. Their initial inspection of the work to be done and the resulting estimate is generally accurate. They explain what needs to be done and are realistic, not over-promising. The work is done quickly and is professional. The plumbing work is done well for simple items, but I have found plumbers have more experience and use better judgment if the situation is more complicated.

I did not hire this company. Possible other hidden cost.

Andy arrived at 10:20 AM, inspected the door while closed and also during opening. The clearance "gap" between the hinge-side of the door and the surrounding frame obviously was smaller in the lower quarter of the door height, creating the binding/popping upon opening. He unscrewed the two bottom hinges on the frame side and installed shims, thereby slightly widening the clearance gap. After this adjustment to the hinges/door, he pulled the pins from the two lower hinges and noted some "scoring". He then checked the door for warp and cup, concluding that the warp was still within standards, but a slight cup was noticed. After all this, the binding/popping when opening the door was reduced considerably, but still evident. Andy believed that the builder [Geoffrey Edmunds] should have used larger, 4.5-inch hinges for such a large, heavy door. He suggested that, due to the scoring of the two lower hinge pins, I replace each of the hinges with 4 new, equivalent 4-inch hinges, and that I could do the job myself -- one hinge at a time! I'll give it a whirl! Andy was very affable, fully describing what he planned to do and pricing his work before I accepted his estimate. Although the problem was not fully corrected at the time of his visit, I believe the work was fairly priced and I was completely satisfied. Since the time of his visit/repairs, our area was blessed with about 1.5 inches of rain [the first in nearly 70 days] -- the binding/popping has completely disappeared. Andy and Handyman Connection must have a valuable sub-contractor!

Rob did an incredible job. He was punctual, cleaned up well, and the estimate was the same as the final cost. I cannot say enough about Rob and I have recommended his service to others.

All went well. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

On Angie's List it says they service the Maricopa County area. I live in Fountain Hills. When I called, the young woman apologized and said they were not servicing Fountain Hills at this time. My guess is that they are busy enough with central Phoenix area, because Fountain Hills is in Maricopa County and really not far away (I live just over the Scottsdale / Fountain Hills border). Oh well.

Dave came out and gave me an estimate. I liked him, immediately. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable...and on time for the appointment! He again was on time, on the scheduled day, to do the repair work. He got right to work, tearing out the water damaged section of a wall, on my Arizona room. He framed in the section, with pressure treated 2 x 4's, and new T-111 siding. Then he painted the area. Looked great, when he was finished. Job well done! I was very happy with the quality of his work, and will definitely recommend Dave, and the Handyman Connection, to my friends.

Everything was done as asked at a fair price, which was estimated in advance.

Dan Cahill found problem with trying to replace the bathtub and shower faucets with what I wanted installed because of blockage behind current faucets. This is a house I just bought that was built in 1970 so things were set up differently. He was able to put in the new drain that was necessary and cleaned the current faucets and made the current knob for the water much easier to turn and told me how I could replace that which is the only thing I need and can actually live without now if absolutely necessary. Dan is extremely talented and capable and a very pleasant person. He will be me choice for any plumbing I need in the future. Also, Handyman was good to work with and kept in touch which is far more than any other I have tried to deal with on Angie's List.

I liked the Handyman Rep. The Bid came in a timely manner after the initial consultation. I decided to complete the remodel myself however when the bid came in at twice the price of the initial payment and advertised remodel cost.

They were all things that my husband knows how to do, but doesn't have time to fix right now. Based on husband's knowledge of how long it would take himself to do the projects, the cost seemed way too high. I didn't receive and estimate by email (as I was told), and I had to follow up several times before I even received the estimate. I was not impressed and am looking for a different handyman service.
