Todd our craftsman arrived at our home ready and prepared for work. He was able to do what we expected in an efficient manner. He had the tools that he needed to get the job done without wasting time. We purchased a home in Nov of 2013, I call the house a problem child. You just never know what to expect. But once I explained to Todd what I was looking for he jumped right on it and methodically worked on each of the four doors. Each door presenting different challenges, and all had weather stripping issues. Todd spent extra time resolving some issues that we have hired out twice before without resolution Todd performed the tasks and showed why this company is fortunate to have him representing them. Our initial two hour window was coming up and we still needed to do some more work on an entry door. He called the office and got the ok to stay an additional hour. We were very happy to pay an additional $100 for him to finish. We now have four doors that you do not see daylight through all around the door! They all close properly without slamming, and at the end of the job he picked up everything and brought in a power vac and made sure everything was neat before he left. This was especially appreciated as 5 of the 15 business' we have hired for various jobs since November, did not pick up after themselves. We are happy this deal was available and now as other jobs present themselves in the next couple of years, we will not hesitate to contact the Handyman Connection requesting Todd as our craftsman. It's great to have our doors working properly and I know in the coming air conditioning months ahead, I will not be paying huge electric bills because my AC air is leaking out of all the doors ;-). Woo hoo, how great is that?

Todd came and demo'd about 5 sq. feet of ceramic kitchen floor tiles that were cracked or lifted. He then re-installed and grouted new ones that I had on hand from original installation. He did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier. I have a couple more for him to do and will definitely request he come back.

All went well except he left the dryer disconnected.we discovered it at bedtime. Had to pull it out and fix it then clean up the mess. Overall, they provide good service and just need to check everything before , Also, and he was quite arrogant and contradictory

Had one handyman quote repairs. I made an appointment for a week later to have the work done. Two days before the appointment the office called and said the assigned handyman was ill and assigned a second person to do the work. The second repair man came on the appointed day and decided that there was more work than originally stated and re-quoted the job for 200 more than original bid. However he did everything he could to keep the labor and materials costs down. Although the work was more expensive than originally quoted, I feel confident that the work was done right and for as cheap as possible. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend him in the future.

For an older person, going out to have to buy the supplies is not a good idea. Ijust think that should have been noted.

They did a good job. They were on time, no hazards, no haggling. Everything was good, everything was clean and good.

We were completely satisfied with everything! Dennis arrived as promised and did a beautiful job on the new cabinets, even doing more finishing work than we expected. Would absolutely use them again and can highly recommend.

Our experience with Dave of Handyman Services was wonderful. He showed up early and went to work . His craftsmanship was great, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable and the work he performed for us turn out better than we hope. I have to say The Handyman Connection was one of very few contractors to come in and do their work with out have a lot of issues. All said and done the were a absolute pleasure to work with

Couldn't be happier, my guy was Ron Besch, he was on time, very kind, and explained it would be done exactly as I wanted it and it was. During the process he ran out of something he needed so he went to Home Depot got it and went back to work. He covered items with plastic to keep dust off and cleaned up when he was done. When it was time to pay I paid exactly the receipt price in addition to the job price. Ron was very professional and I will hire him soon to do more work in my home. I thought the price was a bit high but the work couldn't have been better so I guess you get what you pay for.

One of the great things about Handyman Connection: They tell you exactly how much the *labor* will cost. They can do estimates for the materials, which we requested. But the point is that they do not mark up materials. At all. Contractors sometimes charge up to 30% over cost. With these guys you know exactly how much you're paying for labor, rather than a set amount that contains an unknown markup on materials. This system also meant that we were able to use a discounted gift card we bought when our guy went to Home Depot. The savings were small, but every bit helps, right? They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Bob came out on time for both the initial inspection and the actual work. He was very personable. He noticed that we were nervous about money. (I'm the only one who works.) So he suggested Bagster rather than pay his hourly fee (and the dump fees) to have him drive the materials to the dump. I'm pretty sure the company gets a discount, so we only paid about $120 for the bag and pick-up. They gave me an 8-8:30 a.m. window for Bob to come start the repairs. He called the day before to confirm that he would be there around 8:20. The work was done in two days, as promised. (We had an appraiser due out two days later, so we were nervous.) He was even able to return a few materials, so we were able to recoup about $15. These guys are great, and I already have my eye on some more projects I'll be calling them for.

David was on time and very pleasant to have working in he house. His work is excellent and don't think there is anything he can't fix. Very imressed so I am having him come back to do more repairs. I love Angie's list because of contractors like this.

'd used Handyman Connection last year on another project and everything went great. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very fair, so I hired them again this year for my laundry room project. Again every thing went well; responsiveness, punctually, professionalism was excellent. My only issue this year was the cost. While I agreed with the price throughout the project, I now think it was excessive, but to be fair I haven't checked around to compare costs. I had two guys for 3-1/2 days and was charged $4,700.

We had Dave remodel the guest bathroom which included: * putting up new drywall/cement backing * Putting up new subway in the shower * installing new shower faucet * installing new vanity, countertop, sink,and sink faucet * fixing the drywall texture * fixing tile floor where needed Dave finished the work in four days. He was ontime each day and left the work area clean at the end of each day. We'd happily hire Dave again!

The service was great and for a great price. We are getting ready to move and just had some small projects around the house we were unable to do ourselves. The handyman connection performed them quickly and the work was great quality.

Went very well. Mike was punctual, price was fair, he listened to what I wanted and even though that contractor didn't normally work Saturdays, he knew I had taken a week off work to do this project and worked on Saturday so I could have it completed without taking additional time off work. I am very impressed and recommended him and the company on my FB page :) Great job. Thank you!

The contractor was gr. He made every effort to save me money on what was a custom installation on a 1930s house. Nothing was a standard fit

All of the work was high quality and we appreciate their professionalism, good communication throughout and the great work. We've used them several times and been happy each time. Handyman Connection is our "go to" when it comes to home repairs we don't have the time or experience to do ourselves.

The doors hang right, the door locks easily, the connecting french door closes easily

Had to cut through walls and repatch. A lot of work! Mark has been out three times for different work. They do really work.
