Description of Work: They sent a completely unqualified painter & with absolutely no experience to paint the exterior of our home. After we saw his work (he did no prep at all) we complained & they finally sent an experienced painter. The job looked good but now it's flaking & peeling after less than 2 years & I'm trying to sell my home!

Description of Work: I used their service twice. Their policy is to charge a minimum of $100. |First repair was a malfunction inside my toilet tank that I didn't know how to fix. The handyman who came was able to fix it by tightening something that I don't even remember. Because it took no time at all, he charged NOTHING. |Second time, they sent a specialist in door lock repair. He had been the lock repairman in a hotel, encountering a variety of lock problems, and he fixed it with a shim in one of the door hinges. This door bolt used to fail to lock frequently, but hasn't given me any trouble since the lock specialist from Handyman Connection worked on it. |Because the front door was fixed so quickly, he also fixed several of the kitchen cabinet hinges as well, to "give me my money's worth."
