Ron was very professional and easy to work with. I had gotten several estimates ,and Ron was the only one who knew how to fix the loose and wobbly railing correctly. He did a great job at a very reasonable price for the work performed.

They came out to do an estimate and only provided costs for two projects. Those prices were way out of line with what was required. They never gave us a quote on the staircase and kept us hanging. At one point I received an email saying they would get back to us and they never did. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. I would never use them nor recommend them.

My handyman was prompt, courteous and did an outstanding job repairing my fence for a reasonable price.

The was a second call to this company to do this job. The first time the hinges were inside our. The second call was to have the work redone (by a different man). I was assured this guy knew what he was doing. He didn't. He cut the precut to size wood smaller then left a 1/2 inch gap between the door and the cabinet. I had told him to set the hingle into the wood like the rest of the cabinets were hinged. He didn't even know what I was talking about. I asked him to leave. As he was leaving my front door knob ACCIDENTLY fell on the floor.

The job was done efficiently and everything works great.

Handyman connection was the 4th contractor I called from Angie's List. Of the four, one called me back over a week later to say he was too busy and only Handyman connection set an appointment up right away. Dave was on time for the appointment, was thorough looking at the installed unit and the one to be installed. He gave me a reasonable estimate identifying possible issues. Got right to work, installed the new unit cleaned up afterward and even adjusted a cabinet door, that had nothing to do with the microwave, as an afterthought for no charge. It went great, I will just call them first in the future.

Took longer than expected but for good reason. Great communication and they were willing to work on a holiday to finish the job. My bad but I probably could have replaced both doors with frames for what it cost to rebuild just the frames. That said they did what they said they were going to do and had great communication.

Although the tiling people were late BOTH times they came, they did a good job -- but missed a tiny spot. I had extra grout so I fixed the problem. Ron replaced the ceiling fans, fixed a drawer that was off-kilter and scraping the frame, and replaced a gate handle that had been broken. Ron was punctual, super friendly and very knowledgeable.

It went very well. It was all completed timely and everything worked properly when done.

Ron did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

Writing this review has been a pleasured. Working with Handyman Connection and having Mr. Timothy Heuser “a true craftsman” do our bathroom remodel was a wonderful experience from day one. He was always on time and ready to work. He was always prepared and never had to leave to find a tool to use. Mr. Heuser was easy to work with and would answer all questions you would have for him. He was patience even when changes took place and helped us make the right choices when we got stuck on the right tiles to use. My wife and I would and will call for Tim again and again and again. Thank-you Tim you’re the best.

Tim arrived promptly and replaced my kitchen light fixture in about an hour. All work was done perfectly, and he whisked away the old light fixture and all materials, leaving the area neat and tidy. Very pleased with the whole experience.
