I CALLED HANDYMAN CONNECTION TO ASK IF IT COULD REPAIR CRACKED TILE GROUT. IT CONFIRMED THAT IT COULD AND SCHEDULED AN EMPLOYEE TO COME ON MONDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION ON FRIDAY. THE EMPLOYEE, DAVID, ARRIVED ON TIME, ESTIMATED THE COST OF WORK, AND WITH MY APPROVAL PROCEEDED TO COMPLETE IT. HE WAS CAREFUL TO KEEP THE HOUSE AND WORK AREA CLEAN (HE REMOVED HIS SHOES WHEN HE FIRST ARRIVED AND THEN WORE DISPOSABLE SHOE COVERS WHILE WORKING). HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY THE GROUT CRACKED IN A FAIRLY NEW SHOWER INSTALLATION AND MADE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO IF THE PROBLEM REAPPEARED. HE ALSO TOLD ME ABOUT HIS COMPANY, ITS SCOPE OF WORK, AND HIRING PRACTICES. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT A HOUR AND A HALF.

The service was very prompt. They were reasonably priced & very cognizant of my needs.

The company is efficient, arrived when promised, clean & orderly, pricing was fair. Work was done promptly & I will call them again.

John came early, gave me an estimate of the work, then went over to Home Depot to pick up the fan I needed and other parts for the rest of the job. He worked quickly, was very polite and did a great job! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a handyman to do various jobs around the home that you either haven't gotten around to doing, or if you're like me don't know how to accomplish correctly.

John was very professional timely and friendly. Work was completed to my satisfaction. John even described a molding I could use to cover the cut Formica. When I could not locate the molding, I called Handyman Connection. John located the molding and installed it at no additional charge. Who else does that!

Great handyman, did a fabulous job. There were a handful of jobs which we needed to get done before the closing of our home. Overall a great experience. The price was a little high, but the quality was good, the handyman cleaned up after himself very well.

Dave was on time and I am very pleased that he came back the following day on another issue. Dave was very knowledgeable in all areas. This opened my eyes as to who to call. This is a great company.

He is excellent. Everything about this company is excellent. The people that do the scheduling are really good. There is nothing negative that I could say about this company at all. I have used them twice now, and I am using them again. What I think is really impressive is that the clean-up that they do is really superb. Last time, he did some drywalling and there was no mess at all. They take their shoes off when they come in your house, too.
