He was prompt. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had to make a trip to a hardware store to purchase the weather strip. I was very satisfied with the work.

Austin always showed on time or called if he was going to be late. Very professional and courteous. The thing that impressed us the most was that he removed and replaced our original tiles and it looked great! It was important to reuse the existing tiles because we had no replacements. Without his careful work removing the tiles we would have had to retile most of the bathroom. That saved us a lot of money. Thank you Austin!!!

In all the years I've lived here, this is the first time I can open & close without slamming or kicking. Ron is exceptional! It was very apparent that he was experienced & knew what he was doing.

I have used this company for prior projects and am always 100% satisfied with the people doing the work and the outcome of the job. This is the only company I call when I have a project. They show up on time and do what they say they will do. There were problems with some of the hardware that I purchased, causing them to make return trips. Always on time and since I was on a schedule it was very important. Can't say enough about this company and their employees from the office staff to the craftsmen.

2 roof tiles fell off during a rain storm. Called Handyman Connection and they sent David. I had extra tile and he installed them and gave me advice on the remaining tiles.

They did a fine job on the copper plumbing job. The shower pan was installed wrong. They came out and looked at it and agreed it was done wrong. He came out the following day himself, tore it out completely and redid it properly.

Used the List to get the provider name. Called and scheduled appointment for the next week (when I could be home). Received a reminder call the evening before the scheduled work. Craftsman arrived at the appointed time, surveyed the project, gave me a written estimate with a cap, did the work as soon as I approved and signed the estimate, completed the project in a timely manner, and had me inspect the work. He accepted payment once I signed off on the work. Agreed to come back if the job was not done to my satisfaction.

When we finally got the work done it was well done. The repair person that did the work listened carefully to what we needed and carried out all requests. The problem we had was several missed initial appoitments by the first repair person assigned to the job and poor communication with that person. It is fortunate we had a margin of time to work with and the job wasn't time critical.

The company was called at 10 AM on a Monday morning, was at the house by 1:30 PM and finished an hour later. I had a leaky hose bib and another possible leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out after he searched everywhere that there was no leak under the sink. However, he was very thorough and tried hard to check out every connection to verify there was no leak.

Ron was very friendly and an experienced craftsman. He had the right tools to do the job. His work was professional and the end result was outstanding. It was my best $80 expenditure.

It was a very good experience. He came out right away and explained everything to us. He went and got the parts for us. He was clean and he did a good job.

The lights were installed and required 2 visits. On the first visit, the lights were installed and on the subsequent visit the wiring was supposed to be buried. The installer arrived late in the afternoon and buried some of the wiring and left because it had become dark outside. The next morning we discovered that part of the wiring was still exposed, plus some of the plastic tubing for our watering system was now exposed. I called the installer and he said he would be here the next day to complete the job. He never came. I called 2 more times and left messages and my calls were not returned. Lesson learned. Do not fully pay for services until the job is done.

They were actually early for the job. They did the quote and the job the very same day. They had told me that if I liked the quote they could do the job right then and there. The work that they did is beautiful. They gave me good ideas on what I could do.

He was prompt and gave me an estimate of $75-$85, and did the work on the spot when I agreed. My experience from the phone call to the completion of the job was great-professional, courteous, friendly and competent. They gave me a one year warranty. Dave was like the neighbor you'd like to have, and I will definitely call this company whenever I need a handyman.

I had a great experience with this company. They gave me an appointment right away. The man came out and gave me an estimate of the cost before we agreed to do the work. The work was done perfectly.
