Description of Work: Removed and replaced water heater and put in a water system. They automatically include service plan into the bill. I think that is sneaky business. Since I have paid into their system, I will use them again till plan expires and reassess. Had to request an itemized bill as did not receive one with service.

Description of Work: I had a stopped up toilet in the guest bathroom. It had been cleaned out twice before but had clogged up before. The serviceman was extremely professional and very nice. He educated me on some ways to prevent it clogging in the future and gave me instructions on how to buy a new toilet seat.

Description of Work: Installed a new A/C and heater unit. Everyone from the sales reps (Theresa and John)to the installers were thoroughly professional and honest. Said just what they said they would do at an incredible price. Performed 6-month free inspection in November. Everything is working just fine and I would not hesitate to recommend them for air conditioner and heating sales and installation.
