I am a long term customer and I had always had decent service. Taken my car for the same service for a couple of years now every 3000 miles. This last June I had my fluids changed as usual, no reason to doubt that the service would not be the same as usual. My car is now dead, engine fused and it's going to cost me $3,500 to replace the engine with a used engine on my 2009 Kia. Danny's Family Wash did not put oil in my engine, they forgot and my car died. The new mechanic I took it to, opened the pan and found 1/2 cup of oil in the engine instead of the 4 quarts that should have been there. I spoke to the maintenance manager and then the General Manager at Danny's Car Wash. The General Manager said it was imposible that they would forget because "They have a quality control procedure", Well the mechanic that checked my dead car saw no evidence of oil leaks in the car, actualy his report, which I gave a copy to Danny's said that the car is in great condition other than the engine issue due to being driven with no oil. These people at Danny's are taking NO RESPONSIBILITY whatsoever. Actualy the General Manager's who introduced himself as Kyle, said that he has no evidence that they did anything wrong and who knows what "I did" after I left their garage. I am a 26 year old with limited income and now I am and have been without a car for over a week and have to finance the replacement of the engine of my 2009 Kia at 13% interest and "Kyle" General Manager says they claim no responsibility. So I guess my oil just disappeared after they changed it, Funny the previous time they changed it it did not disappear. I am very upset and angry that these guys would take advantage of someone like me knowing I do not have the means to take them to court. I will be writing a leter to the Better Business Bureau and # on your side, and the other channels and hopefully have someone question their irresponsibilty. I wonder just how many other times this has happened. Needless to say, myself and my family and friends are now boycotting this place

The price is for the detailing of my car because my insurance covered the chip, and the price includes tip. They usually have a long line, but the service is great. Apparently everybody in the city knows that as well, which is why they are so busy, but I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I later learned this was to bill my Ins. Co. to fix a ding in the windshield. When I stated that I did not want this service,I was told that it had already been done(it wasn't). After waiting almost 3 hours, I received my car with the interior DRENCHED. The floor mats were sopping wet. When I asked, I was told this is normal. I had to drive around with the windows down for the next 2 weeks as they would fog from the moisture. Needless to say the smell of mold was overwhelming. I could not set anything on the seats due to the dampness. I had to park the car at night with all the windows down. I would have brought it back, but I am a busy medical resident & didn't have time. The next visit went much faster but the next day, I noticed that my antenna was missing. When I finally had time to stop by Danny's, I was rudely told it had been almost a week & they couldn't help me. I was incredulous. I will never return.
Description of Work: First trip - oil change, int/ext cleaning. Second time - oil change, ext. cleaning (they lost my antenna and refused to replace it). Before even leaving the vehicle,I was assaulted by individuals trying to obtain my Ins.info.

Since the sale of the Weiss Guys full service car washes, Danny's is apparently the only car wash in the central Phoenix area, that does a decent job inside and out for a reasonable price. Sometimes they do a less than perfect job at removing dog hair from the seats, which isn't very difficult, if you actually pass the vacuum nozzle over the fabric. Overall, on the high side it seems to be the best available, other than high-priced hand detailers.
