On time, on cost, thorough quality work

John was very professional and came out on a moment's notice. He was professional, efficient and gave us suggestions on future Landscaping jobs. We fully intend to hire John for other projects. The first company that called us, we intended to hire him who identified himself as David. He said he would come out in a window of time between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. David never showed. At about mid-afternoon I text him and said that he would be out the next morning to do the job. I asked for a window of time and David said he would be here in the morning. David never showed up, never texted. John came to the rescue and did a fantastic job.

Jon came out on time and got the job done as promised on budget and on time. The man is credible and knowledgeable and reliable.

Quick response and service. Jon is very knowledgeable, hard working, made sure we understood the project and completed the job the same day as giving the estimate. Project cost was excellent for the work that was completed. I have already recommended him to one friend.

Overall excellent customer service from John and the entire crew, including Jessica in the office. We had a grading issue which caused water to pool for days on end when it rained, that which was determined by our termite company to possibly be the cause of a continued infestation in that area. Because we wanted the work done correctly we knew we would want to hire a licensed contractor. After doing some research and finding great BBB reviews, good standing status with registrar of licensed contractors, and Johns website which showed his work, we decided to use Cole-Jon. John and his entire crew were very professional and detail oriented, as well as courteous to us (and our neighbors). Timelines and creative promises were met, with John monitoring each step daily. In addition to our grading problem we also wanted to add some much needed beautification with pavers and lighting. Johns suggestions were utilized, and thanks to him and his hard working crew, we now have a beautiful front yard and patio that we are very proud of. We highly recommend this company and will be using their maintenance services, as well as future landscaping work for our back yard.

Cole was very professional I enjoyed discussing with him how I wanted my Landscaping in my backyard we agreed on everything it took about 45 minutes from describing what I want to what he said he could do we agreed on a landscape build he did what he said he would do and he did it in a timely manner I'm glad I hired col John Landscaping the job we agreed on is finished now and we have talked about putting pavers in front of my patio cover in between cover and grass this of course will be in the future and I know I'm going to use col John Landscaping to do the work

John went above and beyond to make our landscape beautiful. We got more than our money's worth. We added extras to the original quote. John was very patient with us, and for just a few dollars more, we got a lot of extra service. The project manager and his assistants were efficient and hard workers. They kept us informed when the start date moved back one day and they still finished within the time table quote. We ae very happy customers and do recomment them for your landscape services.

They not only installed driplines for us but also laid down a beautiful patio, installed a lawn, landscaped front and back with gravel, and maintained our 10,000 sq ft area for ten years. They are absolutely OUTSTANDING and always go the extra mile. It is a plus that they are family-owned and really care about their employees too.

They were professional, on time, and even early. Excellent craftsman, installed a brick border, its beautiful. Trimmed a huge 10 year old tree. Yard looks awesome! The raised bed garden is wonderful!

I contacted three companies to come out and evaluate my needs and provide their approach to resolving all issues and improvements. Jon came and out and as he walked me through his approach was heads and above the other companies. The Team started a day early and it was "heads down" work for 2 1/2 days. on the final day Jon and I did a walkthrough of all the fixes / improvements and I was very very pleased with the quality of work and the timeliness of the company completing the project... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JON-COLE to my friends, family and neighbors... Another great referral from HOMEADVISOR !!!

Cole Jon was a little more expensive than the others we talked with but his presentation was so great that we hired him anyway. The work was sloppy and not complete. The grass was cut and that's about it. Even that was not done well. Very little trimming or clean up was needed but none of that was done. We specifically asked to have the fallen flowers from one tree removed, not done. I gave Customer Service 3 stars because she was quite friendly and easy to talk with.
