Had used them before, and I was still not disappointed. They came on time, were done in a flash, and cleaned up well. Very professional. Did a great job.

It went well. We had to postpone MANY times because of rain they were all over the rescheduling. I never had to wonder if they were still with me.

This was a big deal purchase. I just called him a few days ago to have him come out again. He was timely and answered all of my questions before starting the service. He was great. He was patient and thorough when he answered all of my questions because I am pretty meticulous. He came out and we talked for a few minutes about what he was going to do and what he might need from me. He took care of it all. He gave excellent service, great value and I would definitely use him again. They take care of both sides of the glass as well as taking care of the sill and screen. I think their price is more than fair. He did not leave a mess. He put everything back the way it was when he arrived. He put all the shades back down again so I did not have to go around and adjust my shades. It's little things like that that makes me think I am going to hire Casey's again.

Very well. He was very accommodating in swapping inside washing to do more outdoor since inside panes weren't dirty. He was pleasant and professional.

After having not cleaned our exterior screens for a few years, we are very pleased with the level of detail and time Justin took cleaning our sun screens and windows. The screens appear as good as new. I really appreciate Casey's customer service - I called to inquire about when I could have my windows cleaned and since Justin was scheduled in my area the next day they set up an appointment for that very next day. I will definitely contact them for regular maintenance.

Very well. Casey called to book appointment in a timely manner. Arrived a little late but called to state wreck on highway and time to expect, which was much appreciated. Arrived and went to work immediately. Nice job. Came back in less than 24 hours to correct a small area. Pleased and having him to come again in 4 mos.

Casey was extremely professional. He and I played phone tag for a bit but we finally connected. We recently purchased the home and I am confident when I say the windows had not been touched in some time. He and his co-worker were very prompt and worked diligently in high temperatures to complete nearly 30 panes. They took the time to scrape away paint over spray where possible and point out issues that existed with some windows such as scratches and broken seals. I found the entire experience to be such that I would not hesitate to use their service again in the future or recommend the company.

That was great, we ended up have to reschedule reschedule reschedule and that was cheaply because he didn't wanted to do the windows and then have it rain and get muddy, so we kind of waited until we were out of the month so this has been a while but when he did make it out here he did an excellent work and when we did get a schedule works out it was cost the schedule.

They did a good job. I thought the price was a little steep. I think they were on time. I think they were quite professional.

The windows looked great. I was bummed that he wouldn't at least dust the sun screens even though they weren't in very good shape. He was helpful and gave ideas and suggestions to maintain and care for windows, tracks and screens. I felt he should have introduced his team member that worked outside the house. Didn't even know he was there until I saw him outside my window. They did a good job.

No response from Angie's notice. Called Casey. Left Voice Message. No response. I hired someone else. Please refund deal Purchase of $89.00. Charge to credit card will be disputed.

I was worried about the work at first because they were so fast but there was nothing to worry about - the windows are crystal clear and the slides were never so clean. I paid extra to have my screens washed as well. What a difference. I will definitely use them again.

I took advantage of the Angie's List special of $89 for 20 windows and screens. They washed all my windows and screens and additionally, did a few sunscreens. For the extra sunscreens, they only charged another $15. Casey was up front with exactly what he would do and what would be extra during the original call, so there were no surprises. I appreciated his work ethic, being forthright with all information and the end result, which was beautifully clean windows, screens and window tracks.

Casey and another gentleman showed up on time. Casey was professional and friendly. Work was fast and thorough. Good job, and good price.

I filled out a request on Angie's list for window cleaning service from Casey's Clear Panes. They had an advertised $89 special, and I paid that to Angie's list. Part of the information I provided was preferred dates and contact information. I was supposed to be contacted by Casey's to set up an actual date of service. I was never contacted. I filled out a form for Angie's list customer service to find out what happened, and it took me 2 tries and 2 weeks to get a response. The response was that I would get my money refunded. I hesitated to contact the provider directly because this whole deal went through Angie's list and I figured I would just get a run-around or some type of excuses from the provider who had possibly never even heard of me. I wanted to know what went wrong so I contacted the source. But I still don't know if it was Angie's List or Casey's Clear Panes that dropped the ball.

Because of rainy weather the appointment had to be rescheduled a couple times. Casey let me know I was on the very edge of the area he services which I guess means he really didn't want any other jobs in the area. I have ben ill with the flu so I could not go out and watch but told him I didn't want any more than what I paid for. He informed me that there were water spot on the windows and they had to use a special cleaning chemical to get them off so it cost me another $80.00 dollars. To me water spots are a given on the outside of windows and whatever it takes to get them off should be included. I know it wasn't severly major because I cleaned the outside of the windows in the back of my house the week before. and all I used was windex.

The provider arrived on time and washed our windows. He did a really great job.

It went fine. Scheduling was a bit more of a challenge than typically, but it all turned out OK. He pressed a little hard to find out what the competition charged but eventually backed off. He shared some observations about the condition of my upstairs screens which I very much appreciated. When he was done, the windows sparkled!!
