They did a good job and worked very hard to bring back 1.3 acres of overgrown desert plants and trees. They trimmed everything, removed dead trees and shrubs and raked everything. I will definitely hire them again. Great value for the work they performed.

AWFUL - BEWARE. They charged top dollar for a deep cleaning, blew through our house in half the time our last cleaner required for a simple (not deep) cleaning, leaving dust everywhere, unmade beds, uncleaned sinks, dirty floors, dog hair on furniture and dust bunnies under furniture throughout, and demanding payment amounting to over $150 per hour. What?!? They completely skipped the laundry room and one bedroom. This is the WORST CLEANING I have EVER had. Not only was the cleaning less than mediocre, they DAMAGED our vacuum and used products they shouldnt have used on natural stone, appearing to have ruined the floors. I had to rewash 4,000 sf of floors when they left to get off the soap, but it was too late to reverse the damage they appeared to have caused. We had to call the cops to get them to leave -- they cops chuckled at the photos and messy condition these supposed house cleaners left for us. We should have paid $0, but we gave them > $25 per person per hour for their crappy work, and they accepted the money and then filed a small claims court action for $2,000. At least now we have their address, and are suing for our broken vacuum and hopefully punitive damages for their harassment and malicious prosecution, but I dont have high hopes of collecting from these FRAUDSTERS. Cesar Cabrera is ARROGANT, and is trying to intimidate us and cheat us. BE WARNED -- save yourself a headache and hire someone else -- ANYONE ELSE!!!

We got an onsite estimate for yard clean-up at $525, which we thought was way too high. He then lowered the price to $350 and we said ok to move forward. They came out early the next day to work and we were not at the house at a time. When we got to the house after they had left we found an extremely poor job with numerous bushes trimmed uneven, leaves on our fruit tree (many dead) were not even cut off, along with trees not trimmed, plants that were supposed to be removed were not. We called to ask them to come back and complete the work we agreed upon before we would pay them. They proceeded to be very nasty and said they did a good job and they were not coming back to fix it and if we did not pay them, they would come back over and dump the debris they took away in our front yard. We very nicely said, please come back and finish the job and we will be happy to pay. In the end, I have never had worse customer service in my life. On top of it, we originally called them to talk about clean-up services and ongoing maintenance for 2 properties. You would think customer service would be a priority under those terms, but clearly, it was not for this company. Do not use this company, they are overpriced, do poor work, and not recommended. They finished the full yard clean-up that I paid $350 for in 1.5 hours with 2 crew. They claim they had more guys over, but my parents live across the street and confirmed their lies. NOT RECOMMENDED - BEWARE.

If I pointed out something I felt needed attention they took care of it with no objection. They did a cleanup on my lot and will now be doing monthly maintenance. I rate them A1!! Great team! Hired to clean the front and side yards form all the damage done from the lack of rain. His team came back to finish the work that could not get done in a day. Cesar is professional and reputable. Definitely will be using him and his team again. Highly recommended.

Prompt and courteous

Cabrera's showed up on time and finished a big job in just a few hours. Everyone from the company was polite and friendly. I will be using them again when my wife allows me to cut down those other dirty bottle trees. I'm hopeful to throw a bugenvilija in as well

Reliable and good price

I had a big project cleaning up a half acre yard. They did great on a very hot day. I couldn't believe the difference and now can maintain it monthly. They were very helpful with suggestions and got it all done in two days. Very satisfied with the work
