It went well, Troy did a good job and cleaned up the worksite. Very friendly and professional. Even though I gave him a B for promptness - because he was late, at least he called to let me know he was running late. I VERY much appreciated the fact that is was one electrician for 2 hours. Many electricians run this deal and then 2 guys show up for an hour for the big deal. I prefer one guy for two hours since I can usually help out if they need another set of hands.

Troy fixed my last electrician mistake, the last electrician I had was not smart enough to know the difference between a 120 and 240 and put in the wrong voltage. I worked with Troy from ATS, he was professional, on time and fix the problem quickly. I will be using ATS for my electrician from now on. Their price per hour is fair. Very well, very efficient! I also used a groupon that was offered.

The service man installed 6 new pocket lights in my kitchen. They look works amazing and it was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after all the work was complete. I recommend them to all my family and friends because of how they treated me. Will definitely use them in the future.

We are extremely happy with ATS Electric and their electrician Troy. Right from the beginning with scheduling, Ben was very helpful and informative. We are remodeling our kitchen and Ben helped walk us through all the ins and outs of the electrical that we wanted to do. Ben was on top of scheduling and got an electrician (Troy) out to our place whenever we needed him. Troy was absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond with our project. He helped us on so many levels, and took the time to make sure the job was done beyond right. He helped us with lighting options, explained certain electrical situations that we were unsure of, and also organized other trades on the job to make sure every aspect of the electrical was done right. We feel very taken care of by Troy and ATS. There pricing was very reasonable, and a great value for the job that they do. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a company that is reliable, priced well, shows up on time every time, and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with every part of the job.
