Went great. He arrived on time, did everything I asked and walked me through some things I was not aware of or understood.

WOW! Troy came out and took such great care of everything! Phenomenal guy! Professional, friendly, talked us through our options and checked before making any cuts to our walls, etc. I've had this laundry list of things to do in our house for a good year now and we haven't been able to even get it started. He knocked it all out in about 4 hours! Best money ever spent, and I would definitely use ATS again, especially if we could get Troy back to do our next project! They were professional and on time. I received a call prior to let me know they were coming. I was also impressed with how efficient they were with the requests I asked. As soon as one task was done they immediately went on to the next. They also took the time to show me how to use my new stereo system. The price above did include additional parts that were needed.

He look at the breaker box and the location of the outlet and explained what he was going to do and gave me an estimate of time and material costs. I agreed and he completed the work. I called ATS and spoke with David. He was able to schedule an appointment for me right then and there. I thought it would take them a week to come out but he was able to schedule someone to come out in a few days. The day of the appointment, Troy called and confirmed his arrival time. He came on time and was very professional. He did all the work expected of him and finished it a little early, even with some trouble from my ceiling wires. I was impressed with Troy's knowledge and we will definitely be using this company in the future! We came across this company through the Angie's List deal so we're very pleased with our purchase!

This experience was excellent! We were able to schedule the appointment and have the electrician come out within 24 hours, and this responsiveness was not due to designating this an 'emergency' appointment - it was their actual availability. As committed, the electrician called in advance to let us know he was on his way, arrived right at the appointed time, and listened carefully. He methodically checked each non-working electrical outlet in the section of the house that was affected and spent an hour to run down the source of the problem (a crimped extension cord that ran under a couch and kept re-tripping the breaker each time we attempted to reset it). To handle the second task, Will had to stop and pick up an extra piece of hardware from Home Depot to repair the exterior light fixture and was very gracious and pleasant about handling that unanticipated need. Overall, this was a great experience starting with scheduling the work through its actual finish. We would definitely use ATS Electric in the future.

ATS Electric was a great company to work with. Timely, courteous, professional and they performed the work requested to great satisfaction. I will use them next time I have a need for electrical work/repairs.

He called before and showed up right on time. He explained everything to me. He made sure he covered everything that needed to be fixed for the inspection. He also made some recommendations that saved me money such as changing a outlet cover. I would call this company in a heartbeat and ask for Troy to do the work.

We purchased a deal- two hours of service for $99. We were hoping to get the outlets in the spare bedroom converted from two to three prong. Troy from ATS arrived promptly, looked over the situation, and explained our options. A short time later, the new outlets were installed. Troy was courteous, and professional. I was well pleased, and would recommend ATS to others.

When they installed an electrical box for me, Nick did a quote to run a 220 line and a 110 line to my shed in my backyard. He quoted between $300 to $350 to do the job. I scheduled the apt for today, the Electrician would not honor Nick's quote even though he called Nick. He said the proper amount for the job is $1500. . He called Nick and Nick claimed he didn't understand where the shed would be built, b*******, we stood in the exact spot and he was told this is where the shed is being built. Nick and I also discussed a quote to my garage (which was $900). He assured me it would be "much cheaper" to run it straight back to my shed since there would be no bending of the line like the front of the house. I don't like being lied to or deceived and that is what has happened. Is this standard operating procedure for ATS, quote low and bill higher when you have them over the barrel at the time of doing the job? Not at my house!!!!! I now have to cancel an appointment for tomorrow for installation of the equipment that the electrical lines were for. ATS is now costing me money !!!!!!!!!!!!

However, when they got here I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I did not need to spend hundreds of dollars to do that. I mean hundreds too as it would involve removing a very old vent system which meant roof damage to repair as well as bathroom ceiling damage to repair should he have had to do that. Boy, was I grateful I called them. Thank you Angie's List for letting me get to know this company through your coupons. Troy, a great service man and a wonderful person, informed me that he could adjust the motors and they should work for a long time to come. He adjusted them and I couldn't be happier. They also responded immediately for a service date after I paid for their special. I highly recommend them!! Oh, yes, Troy used a tablet and sent the invoice and a photo of the motor type directly to my email account prior to leaving. It also had a nice little "thank you" on it from all of them. I was really impressed and won't be using anyone else. By the way, I say that Troy is a wonderful person because he rescues animals, like I do. My old cat and dog just loved him which is really unusual. So, I felt very safe using him. He was extremely knowledgeable.

ATS was easy to work with and took responsibility for the repair. The were very competent and did an excellent job.
