John called and asked if he could do the work earlier than originally scheduled, which was fine. He did a thorough job on the fireplace and chimney, including removing mirrors that the previous owner of my home had glued onto the back of the fireplace for use with candles. I was not home during the service call (my husband was there), but when I returned, the place was immaculate. I would never have known that a dirty job had been completed in my living room -- and those crazy mirrors were gone! John also spotted an issue with the dryer vent hookup that we were not aware of, and which we've now addressed. Thanks to him for pointing it out! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The chimney in our older home had obviously never been cleaned. Despite the fact that it took 3 hours to clean, the price quoted was not raised. Very professional and thorough.

Nice experience. The lady that I scheduled with was very friendly and gave a detailed, knowledgeable explanation of what the cleaning would entail. She even had nice things to say about another company that had been too busy to take me. It was all very simple. The "sweep" showed up 15 minutes early (!), was very polite, nice and quiet. He got right to work and seemed very efficient and neat. No mess at all. Our fireplace hasn't been used in 7 years, but there were no issues or problems of any kind. He did not go up on the roof, but explained that's not usually necessary, only for certain kinds of chimneys. I'd definitely call again. The only thing missing was the top hat! =| :)

We have used them before on our other property and they are always very thorough. The make sure they clean every spot and they are good at cleaning up everything when they are finished.

Spoke with Becky at the company and explained what I needed. I was advised of a service fee that would be subtracted from the price if work was done. The serviceman was here at 2 in the afternoon, inspected the fireplace and showed me there wasn't a problem at all! In fact, he said the fireplace was in good condition for 20 years old. I wasn't charged at all for the visit and he wouldn't take any money. If I ever do have a problem with the chimney, I will be calling them again.

We are very pleased. It was easy to schedule a service call. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The service person was very polite and informative and was very nice about answering all of our questions.

Ran slightly late for appointment (15 minutes). Polite, professional, made sure to keep interior of home protected from dirt.

Very professional and polite. The price was very reasonable. My only comment would be about punctuality. The chimmney sweep was about 45 minutes late, but he did call to let us know he was running behind.

CALLED ON A SATURDAY TO GET PRICE QUOTE. WAS QUOTED 95.00 ON THE PHONE AND OFFERED AN EARLY, NEXT-DAY APPOINTMENT. 15 MINUTES PAST APPOINTMENT I GOT A CALL SAYING 15 MORE MINUTES, BUT SINCE IT WAS EARLY, A SUNDAY, AND COMING FROM ANOTHER APPOINTMENT BEFORE MINE- NO HARM NO FOUL. TECH WAS QUIET AND COURTEOUS. HE DRAPED AREA AROUND HEARTH AND FINISHED HIS JOB WITHIN THE ONE HOUR PROMISED. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN BEFORE LEAVING. DEFINITELY WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I HAD A BIRD STUCK IN THE CHIMNEY. THIS COMPANY REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO COULD PERFORM THIS SERVICE.
