I used this same company years ago to clean the chimney and dryer vent. I was extremely pleased with them at that time so I kept their information for future reference. I just recently used them again and they are still just as punctual and professional in their work as they were years ago. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our chimney had not been used or cleaned in over 20 years. In this time, many birds had fallen in because of the absence of a Flue Cap. Some were rescued, some were not. I called A Arizona Chimney Sweep at around 10:30 AM on 2/17/12. I was told that someone would be in my area around 12:30 PM. Promptly at 12:30 Sean arrived, examined the condition of the chimney (it was very bad of course after 20 years of neglect.) and got to work. He put a mat down on the floor, set up a vacuum-type machine and began the process. Afterwards he told me that he took away the remains of about a dozen "souls." (I also found out that A A Chimney Sweep will also come out to rescue birds that are trapped inside your chimney.) I paid $110 dollars for the cleaning service, which reflected a $40 discount and $149 for a stainless steel Flue Cap. Sean also had a less expensive Flue Cap but I chose stainless steel. Tax was $13.86. The total amount paid was $272.86. Sean was very professional and took the time to answer many questions I had about using the chimney. (I have yet to light my first fire.) The thing that impressed me most was his efficiency and respect for the lost birds. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again without hesitation.

They did a great job - the fireplace in the master bedroom was really dirty and they thoroughly cleaned it and were very good about clean up as well.

When I called the receptionist, she was extremely polite and professional. She discussed what services were offered and what they entailed. When the appointment came the Rep was a few minutes late, but he called 10 minutes before, so I appreciated the call because I know things happen. The Rep was extremely friendly and tidy. When they left you wouldn't even known that they were there. Since we recently bought our house, we wanted to make sure we knew that the chimney and dryer vents were not a fire hazard, and with AZ Chimney Sweep we got a great price and a great service, by great people and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently purchased our new home, with a fireplace. Due to the cold weather wanted to try out our new fireplace. We called A Arizona Chimney Sweep to cleanout and check our fireplace. They responded quickly to first and every email after. They called before arrival and did a FANTASTIC job. Found out we were missing fireplace cap, they had one on the truck and were able to take care of it right there! All at a very reasonable price! We were able to use the fireplace that night! Very well. I bought an Angie's List discounted coupon for chimney service. I was travelling out of the country and my coupon expired. Becky was excellent about getting in touch with me to remind us to use the coupon. She extended the date until I could return from out of town and get the service scheduled. When I did schedule, I got a date within just a couple days. The technician, Keith, arrived a few minutes early, did his work, discussed the condition of the chimney with me and what a good service schedule would be. He was knowledgeable and professional and advised me on the size of our fireplace and the size of fires and materials that would work best for us. He was finished quickly and there was no mess at all.

This is a fantastic company! They phoned me quickly after I left a message and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Sean showed up ahead of schedule and was so curteous and professional!! He explained everything and was patient with me despite this being the first time I have ever owned or even operated a fireplace. I am blown away by the company and their representatives! Further, instead of the normal $150.00 cleaning bill, I was given a summer discount of $40.00!!!!! That surely beats the $10.00 discount offered by other companies now.

The chimney sweep showed up on time and spread out a cloth to protect the area and set up a large (loud) vacuum to keep and soot particles form floating around the room. He then cleaned out the chimney from the bottom and from the top. He cleaned up after himself.

Sean arrived at our home, and quickly went to work. Unfortunately for Sean, it was one of the hottest days in Arizona, but he did not let the heat deter him. He climbed on the roof, swept the chimney from top to bottom. He was very thorough in cleaning, opening and closing the flue numerous times to ensure all loose debris came out. He cleaned the trap area and made sure that all soot and debris were cleaned. He discussed a cleaning schedule (we asked him first - he wasn't trying to push us into a contract or anything). I would highly recommend this service.

He arrived 10 minutes early. Brought in his tools, set up and proceded to clean my chimney. He did a very good job and kept everything clean.

It went great! Sean came on time, took great care to protect our home during the cleaning, and did the job in a short time. Granted, our chimney was pretty clean, according to Sean, but we hadn't used it since we purchased the home 7 years ago. He also climbed on the roof and inspected the cap and exterior chimney. Overall, we're pleased with this company's work.

Originally, the sweeper was to be here anywhere between 3:30 and 5 p.m. He called about 2 and asked if he could come out then. So, he was here about 2:30 and went to work. He cleaned the chimney plus the chimney cap and inside of stove's fire box, which I had been neglecting. He did a fine job and left no mess at all. He was finished shortly after 3. I plan to call them back next year and will also consider their service for dryer vents.

The tech showed up at the appointed time and was very professional about his work. When he was finished there was no mess at all. He also installed a chimney cap and upon inspection it appears to be a very sturdy installation.

Technician did good work. Was willing to put on booties to work in the house, did a difficult vent replacement, patiently answered questions and provided suggestions and advice when asked - and he even bantered with my 4 year old twins throughout!!!

Set up the appt via email which was perfect since it was convenient for me. Technician arrived on time and did a very thorough job. Showed pictures of the chimney and where he would suggest screening could be used.
