Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts

Purchased a new home, previous owners suggested I have the chimney cleaned. This company was great to work with. Very prompt, extremely careful to not make a mess, really good at explaining the process and showed me anything I might need to know for general operation - as well as things to watch out for. The chimney didn't have a flue cap, so he advised the benefits of having one - showed me photos of the improvised solution that was in place. The cap sounds expensive, however I've looked online and they aren't cheap. He was able to install on the same visit, and the cap appears to be a nice quality. Very happy with this service overall. Exceeded my expectations.

Based on the history of the house, I suspected that the chimney had not seen any service for several years. Tech arrived on-time, dressed the area to prevent damage to my new carpet, and did a basic cleaning/inspection. In other areas (California) I'm accustomed to camera inspections, this company didn't offer that. I was satisfied that my chimney is in good shape.

They came, were very cautious about keeping my house clean and made my chimney safe to use again. They also noticed that the back bricks were cracked (hard to see, we hadn't noticed it) . They made a referral, the gentleman came, repaird it, and it was a great referral too.

Work performed was done with considerations for keeping the soot contained. It is a dirty job and was performed quickly and professionally. The clean up was well done with no residual soot left on surfaces.

A Arizona Chimney Sweep was fine. They couldn't completely fix it because of a small leak in the house. They were very good because they cleaned up behind my dryer and fixed it for me in a way that I think is not possible but it does work. It's workable. I could not believe the trick that he told me. He said that he took the tube and took it from underneath the house. He put a pair of pantyhose. He put it again that thing over and it had a couple of holes in it, so it will vent a little bit. It dried my clothes in 22 minutes. They reimbursed me the whole amount of money for the big deal. He said that he cannot really fix up the whole vent system because of that leak. He came behind there for me as a courtesy.

It was good. They did a really nice job. Then the complex hired them to do all of the vents. They are reliable and I would certainly recommend them.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and thorough. He got the job done in a timely fashion without any mess at all. I will certainly use them again, if I need this type of service.

This is my first time hiring a chimney sweep and am absolutely THRILLED with my experience. He got right to work and was very careful about making sure all the dirt and debris was sucked up their vacuum system. He was quick and efficient - in and out in under an hour. The cost was very reasonable and their work is top notch. The technician was very helpful in sharing some tips for burning wood since this is the first natural wood fireplace I have every owned.

Technician was prompt, even a little early, very business-like, professional, and courteous. He not only cleaned up after himself, but swept up some broken glass that I had been unable to reach, without my askisng him to. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes. I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I bought the house as a short sale and it needed lots of work. I had no idea how long it had been since they chimney had been cleaned and I wanted to make sure everything was secured and clean and able to use it. They cleaned chimney out from top to bottom. They made sure the did not get anything dirty and removed all debri. They did a great job overall and I would certainly use them again.

I had not had my dryer vent cleaned since I bought the house over 5 years ago. I noticed that the dryer was taking a really long time to dry a load and sometimes I even had to run them twice. They came and cleaned out the vent, which was very clogged up, and ever since the dryer is working like new again.

It went well, he was pretty quick. He said it wasn't horrible but not great, so he went ahead and cleaned it out as I requested. He also checked out my fireplace to make sure everything looked okay, and that was just as a courtesy.

Arizona Chimney Sweep cleaned our chimney, which had not been done since we purchased the home in 2002, and which we had never used. The technician covered the floor and area around the fireplace, and left no trace that the cleaning had taken place. Our dryer vent was cleaned the same day - the technician removed an old bird's nest that had been built inside, cleaned the vent thoroughly, and installed a screen over the opening, at no extra charge. He was professional, thorough, and had a great sense of humor. We will use Arizona Chimney Sweep for future services, without hesitation.

Showed up on time cleaned and inspected the chimney. Did and excellent job of cleaning recommended chimney cap and minor repairs on top of chimney. Will act on recommendations soon. very please would recommend them to others looking for quality on time work.
