Arizona Chimney did outstanding job; Sean arrived on time & performed the work very efficiently. He was careful & covered my hardwood floors and didn't leave any mess behind. He explained every step of the process & gave a skilled opinion. The fireplace is in great shape so I didn't need any extra work done. I will keep Sean's card in the event I ever do need any additional chimney work.

Everything is fine. They came out right away. We paid extra for the dryer vent cleaning. They did a good job and the price was was a little high. We have no complaints. They showed up when they said they would show up. I would use them again.

I remember they had special clothing they wore as they cleaned. And it was sooo clean after that first time. All the black was removed from the brick and it honestly looked like new again---the first time I had it cleaned! Perhaps I was expecting too much this time. And I don't recall what company did the work the first time. But it's worth keeping track of info like that. I learned not all "chimney sweeps" are the same.

We've owned this house for going on six years and were told when we bought it that the Chimney should be cleaned out and a cap should be put on. Until then we should only use Duraflame. We finally got around to the service and we are very pleased. There was heavy build up in the flue and chimney and they cleaned it all out. At the same time, we had them clean our dryer vent; also heavy build up. We were able to enjoy nice fires throughout the holidays and our laundry no longer takes over an hour per load! That alone made it worth it.

Very professional and prompt, both with scheduling and the service call. The actual work, which seemed to consist of vacuuming/brushing from the fireplace side, and inspecting the roof opening, took less than 20 minutes.

Oh I wish we had called them sooner! We had never had the dryer vent professionally cleaned. The amount of junk that was in the vent was astounding. Found out the vent had been screened off by our exterminator so lint was compressed against the screen. Sean thoroughly explained the problem and removed the screen. He then removed the tons of dog hair, lint, and other yucky stuff that was impeding the air flow. Since the vent was cleaned, my drying time is about 75 percent faster! Big difference. Really looking forward to the next electric bill! Strongly recommend using these folks for their service, professionalism, and knowledge!

Arizona Chimney Sweep personnel arrived early (after asking if that was okay, which it was). The tech set out tarps, and ensured that no dirt would get on the floors. He then vacuumed our chimney and checked to see if all was okay with the flu. No problems found, and no issues. The customer service was great, and these folks were very nice and respectful. They did exactly what they said they'd do. I would definitely call them again if the need arises.

He called to ask about coming earlier on the scheduled date, took about half an hour, and was very professional. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very clean process because he protected the area around the fireplace. He also checked the fire area inside the fireplace and the cap to be sure they were in good shape.

They were prompt with all the necessary equipment. Used slide pads to move dryer (we have natural slate floors - uneven) and while one man was on the roof to snake a router down the other man was inside with the vacuum. I was amazed at the amount of lint (large wads) that were removed. You could tell by the sound when the vent was clean ... no more staining sound. They then clean both the exterior and interior of the dryer (removed panels to gain access to interior) and vacuumed more lint from the inside. The old vent connection was crushed in spots and reducing the air flow (and probably trapping lint as well) and was replaced with an acordian style connection the was stronger as well as flexable. Everything was replaced and vacuumed. Not only were they quick but thorough and more then worth the price. I plan to use their service yearly for the dryer vent.

I booked my appointment with Becky of Arizona Chimney Sweep on 10/13/2013 for Thursday 10/17 at noon. The service was provided by Alex who was nice enough to call me to advise that he was running ahead of schedule and asked permission to come by an hour earlier. Alex arrived on time and he did a fast and thorough job cleaning out my dryer vent from the roof down. When he finished, Alex explained exactly what he did, and provided me with a complete analysis of the condition of both the vent and dryer hose. This cleaning has not been done since I purchased my home in 2007, so I was really concerned about the condition and any fire hazard. Although Alex took out approx 1/2 bag of lint, he advised me that everything is now completely clear & the dryer hose is in good shape - there's no need to replace it at this time. I am so very pleased with the service provided. Both Becky and Alex are very nice, personable, and professional people. I will definitely hire Arizona Chimney Sweep again and recommend their services to my relatives, friends, and neighbors!

On the day of service, the tech arrived on time, performed the work quickly, and I was satisfied that the work was done well.
