They did a great job! They did the chimneys and then they put custom caps on our chimneys as well. It turned out to be a fairly big job. It was very thorough though. The pricing for the deal was really good but the caps were another $500.

Recently purchased a home with two chimneys - neither has a chimney cap. I contacted one fireplace store on Angie's list - they were not good - after almost 2 months of delays and a $125 "visit" fee - finally got an estimate - $900 for a chimney cap - since there are two, that would be $1800!! I looked elsewhere - and found Arizona Chimney Sweep - Great PROMPT service, installed caps within two weeks - and charged $397!! What a difference. They kept me updated on the order (one was an odd size), and did great work - highly recommend.

Technician was prompt. He took care so as to not soil the living room carpet or tile. He even took the time to reassure our downstairs neighbor that the service would not cause soot to enter his condo unit. He recommended a fireplace store where we could purchase fireplace paint. I had no idea you could paint the inside of your fireplace! Very pleased with the service and would use them again.

We had a pigeon get in our chimney on Saturday. I reached out to them yesterday, Monday, and Becky scheduled someone to come out today. The tech showed up who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to retrieve the bird and set it free in the yard. We will call them again for any chimney issues.

They were great. I purchased the deal on Memorial Day (monday). They called me on Tuesday am and scheduled for Wednesday at 8am. They were very prompt and great to work with.

My technician showed up on-time and called me ahead, to let me know he was 15 min. out. When he arrived, he was dressed very professionally, and gave me a brief overview of what he was going to do today. In all, it only took him about 30 min. to do the work, but he left the place as clean as when he arrived. The "above and beyond" service was delivered, when he went on the roof and noticed I didn't have any wire around the vent, which could have allowed animals to get in. He offered to put a screen on it and took care of it right away. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them. Nice work.

The brush did bring up lint and debris but the time spent was very brief in relation to the price. After reading my somewhat negative review Arizona Chimney Sweep contacted me and then sent another person to do the job. This man pulled out my dryer and used a vacuum to clean the dryer vent. i am completely satisfied with the job now, but I don't understand why it wasn't done that way the first time.

Everything went great, the young came in, put down a protective cloth on the floor, and started cleaning immediately. He finished and cleaned everything up. This was done so long ago I don't remember his name but he was very nice and did a great job.

We signed up for an Angie's List deal to have our chimney swept in our new home. Once I purchased the deal they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. My husband was here when they arrived. They showed a little bit early, which we appreciate, wore booties, swept the chimney and said we were good to go. From what my husband said they did a great thorough job. When we need our chimney cleaned again we will definitely call Arizona Chimney Sweep

All went great, job was done quickly and efficiently. Our service provider even informed me that there was a small crack that may later expand to something more drastic, but that it was worth sealing up now and it would stop this crack from expanding and making my chimney foundation fragile.
