I can't recommend using this company. The customer service schedule was accurate and responsive and the crew that showed up were polite and on time but that was the end of the quality service. 1800 to move a partial truck from the East valley to the West valley which I thought was a little steep. Travel time is the same price as work time. The crew destroyed two pieces of furniture valued at over 2000 dollars. They dropped an antique french marble top table loading into the truck. It has been in the family since the 1929s. It never made it off the driveway. They didn't wrap it in padding and they tried to stand it up in the truck without securing it. Even after I told them the age value and pointed out 7 other pieces of furniture that had high value that I needed them to take their time and care with moving. The second piece was a cabinet, not high value but it had glass doors that they didn't tape of shrink wrap even after one one the crew told the guy loading it to tape the glass closed. They loaded it with no padding and without taping it and the glass shattered in transport. Both pieces they destroyed could have been avoided if the crew took their time and followed instructions and basic common sense. Their insurance offered 175 dollars based on the weight of the broken pieces not by value of the items or total weight of the furniture. If you have expensive, fragile or antique items good luck it arrives in one piece.

Do not hire this company. The movers are great. Very nice and professional but their office/dispatch staff is terrible. I was told when booking my move that I was the second move of that day. They then gave me a window of 11am - 4pm. I was told someone would call the day of the move to give me a better time estimate. Movers called me at about 12:30pm that day to tell me they were on their way. Alfonso, at their office, called me 15mins later to say his guys had misread the order of moved list and that they were on their way to move someone else. He then said that he would try to find another team and would call me back with an update. Waited an hour without a call. Called him back & he told me that he had found another team and that they should be heading to the house around 2:30pm. At 4pm they had not shown up or called me. Spoke to Alfonso again and he told me they should arrive shortly before 5pm. Almost an hour outside the quoted time window. I told him I was not happy about that and that I had sat around all day for nothing. He didn't really seem to care about that and became defensive, saying that he had kept me up to date on the moves progress . I reminded him that he had not as I had to call in twice to find out what was going on. Will not use this company again.

All my sons moving is a very good moving company. They work hard. They are very careful to take good care of your things. Theyâ re very sweet and friendly. John and Jesse are Top Notch. Iâ ve used them twice in the last few years, and they have not disappointed me. Iâ m going to need to move one more time in the next several months, and Iâ m going to use them again. You will not be disappointed!

Joshua Jones and his co worker were Awesome. They moved large heavy furniture items from my home into a container in my back yard ( same address ) . They packed it as we requested moving each item with care. I would definitely request them if I have future needs for a move.

Hard workers and very caring.

I hired them to help me unload a U Haul at the last minute when I became ill. Hired at the last minute, and they saved the day.

They moved 1 dining table 3 miles- they quoted me â less than $400â they billed me $700- no chairs- complete rip off- I called the company to complain- took my info- never responded- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The team that moved us was fantastic! Guadalupe Guerrero was the driver, and his expertise and professionalism was very apparent. The other guys, Nick and Felipe, worked hard and were very careful with our belongings. Everyone at the company was very transparent about the cost and how it was determined. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.

Driver Alan Bautista Galindo took charge of the move from the storage unit back to my home. Furniture was padded preventing any damage. Special care was given to delicate items and equipment. Overall it was a great experience. Price was very upfront and far less than I paid an inferior company getting things into storage. My advice: go with All My Sons. Youâ ll be glad you did!
