All My Sons Moving & Storage

Communication was excellent. Three days before moving, the project manager called us to assess how much had to be moved. We pre-pact nearly all our personal belongings. Nonetheless, clothing small and big items of furniture were carefully packed and wrapt with attention. Our movers very exceptional, ambelivebly careful with our furniture. Delivered all efficiently and how I delegated. Guys thank you so much for taking care of everything with so much care.

Jack Hodges, James Perkins & Avyone Tolbert were incredible. First off, they showed up on time, professionally dressed and ready to work. Our move was a little complex. A few different apartments merging into one, and a packed truck needing to sit overnight. We underestimated how much stuff we actually had and our truck ended up being too small, but these guys were amazing, making recommendations and extending my reserved time slot without hesitation. The office manager even made accommodations to send the same team out the next day to finish the job. Even complication after complication (completely on my lack of planning), these guys remaining positive, friendly and a pleasure to be around. It genuinely felt like my 3 brothers (the ones I never had) came out to help me move. So grateful for everything. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Fast and convenient

They arrived without all of the materials they needed. Moved some stuff but had to wait to move the rest until they got the materials - charged me for that whole 3 hrs at $289/hr! Then they chipped a glass table top instead of telling me they hid it behind some ac filters? their ramp broke so had to use the lift and apologized for the extra time it was going to take to unload- charged for all of those hours - deducted 30 min for the inconvenience - incredible! The total cost of this move was outrageous and so disappointed in they?re lack of integrity

Donald was an extreme professional. He was quick, warm and friendly and careful with my belongings. I will use him again in the future and I have already told several people to use his service.

Horrific. Half of my furniture was broken, 15 damaged walls. No responsibility being taken, no contact from the company. I've sent a claim form in, but no response in a month. I had to hire a second moving company to finish the job. I think this business should be shut down.

Amazing!!

Paid for two professional movers received one trainee and one observer. Over $1300 and 6.5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment that was already packed, wrapped, and staged; had to help unload to expedite. Customer service unapologetic. Furniture was damaged by movers, still in claims process. Use All My Sons at your own peril.

Best movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot in my last 45 yrs.

My moving crew NEVER showed up... I just got told should be there in 2 hrs. Another 2 hrs, another 2 hours until the day disappeared. Then, I was promised a HEAVY discount for my aggravation the next day. I do not consider $149.00 a heavy discount on a $800+ bill... Shame on you... I learned my lesson the HARD WAY!
