A1 Garage Door Service

It went great they showed up on time. Initial thought when I talked to them on the phone was to replace springs and cords but when they got there tech said it just needed to be rehung and suggested wheels to be replaced because they where really noisy when it opened and closed. It has been several months now since they came and the garage still works great! Its still quit and hasn't come undone. I recommend them to any one.

I notice in the morning that the garage door spring had broken one the way down the night before and called A1 in the morning. They had a guy come out right away and inspect the spring. I was given an estimate and within minutes it was replaced. I was lucky enough to have this all done while I was at work and gave my credit card over the phone. Couldn't have asked for better or quicker service and they did the work while I was not even there! I could not be happier with the experience and I will always go back to A1 for my service now and recommend them to everyone I know.

Overall, the garage door repair man did a great job. When I called the company, the girl Gina was very pleasant on the phone, and schedule me an appointment within one day. I found a1 garage door service on angieslist and decided to buy an account after using a1 ?. The work that they did was very meticulous, and Tommy really explained everything to us. The garage door is never sounded this quiet. I would recommend a one garage door repair service to any one. Thanks guys

My garage door springs broke and i had heard from a friend how great A1 was so i called and they got a technician out the same day, and fixed my springs in no time at all. They had Great Customer Service from start to finish,

the technician was very professional. He explained everything to me. The person on the phone was also very polite

Amazing customer service from the moment their receptionist picked up the phone. I explained to them the issues I was having with my door and they had someone out the next morning! The initial phone conversation was straight forward, with accurate prices quoted to me. The next morning, They showed up within the quoted timeframe and assessed my door issues, gave me a reasonable final cost and got straight to work! He was done overhauling my door in under an hour! I never knew my 30 year old garage door could be that quiet! Most certainly will do business again in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of service!

Went GREAT! This past Memorial day weekend my garage door somehow got STUCK and wouldn't open all the way! It was so horrible. A1 came out right away and fixed it regardless of the holiday! They're so awesome, and went above and beyond. These days this level of customer service is unheard of . Thanks A1, you saved my holiday weekend.

These guys did an awesome job and they were also the lowest price of the other competitors I searched out. They were great to deal with and I would absolutely use them again for any future service or jobs. I had actually had them out a year or so before this and they told me at that time I could last a little while longer with the equipment I had if I service it properly, saving me a lot of money at that time. So great guys and great company!!!

I just joined Angies list but used A1 a few years ago and the repair is still great. Back to when the work was done: Technician was on time and speedy with the repairs. I had just bought the house and low-and-behold two days before closing the seller somehow bent the top panel of the garage door making the door un-usable. I couldnt get my furniture into the house except through the garage. Got a speedy appointment and they were done in about 45 minutes. Got all new synthetic rollers so the door is quiet and went from one single giant spring to two smaller springs. They had to un-bend the top panel and installed an aluminum I-beam on the top to strengthen it instead of having to replace the whole panel and paint it. Afterwards you cant even tell it was ever bent. Will use A1 for my garage door needs in the future.

I called on Friday and they gave me an appointment on Monday-doesn't get more prompt than that!! on Monday, I received a call that a truck had broken down and they would be later than the appt. the repair guy showed up at 7 (after calling me again-which was fine for me) and left about 8:30 after checking everything first. this is special service as he had an appt at 8 or so the next morning but he had promised he would be there. how does it get any better than that?

They were same-day prompt, helpful [diagnosed and additional dangerous problem], discounted and finished quickly on the spot. It could not have gone better. Great contractor.

Daniel arrived in a timely manner and handled the process quickly and easiy. He left after checking everything and cleaning up. Senior discounts as mentioned on Angie's List and advertising flyer are not included on coupons which are available to everyone. Other than that I would recommend them.

I called them, because I had an Amazon coupon and they set up the appointment immediately. They called before they arrived. After the first appointment, my door developed more problems. They were very responsive in getting back to do the additional work needed. Now my door purres like a kitten!

The quality was very good. It took them a couple of days. They came out and worked into the night.

It was absolutely wonderful. The garage door got to the point where it would not close at all. He came out that same night and fixed it. His name was Tommy. He fixed it for free so that it would shut and then when we had the money, he replaced it. I highly recommend him!! He is very trustworthy and really knows garage doors.

The prices were a little high. It took them about an hour and a half.

They were awesome. Just one technician came out and it took him about an hour and a half. He was running late since they were so busy that day, but he really made up for it by helping me get my car programed to the garage door opener. He gave me a discount too since they were running late. He also lubed the whole door too.

They came out to replace a spring. He came out and he was timely. He told me I needed some other things replaced and he put on the receipt that the customer refused to replace the barrings and the rods.

The price was reasonable too and was less than expected. They showed up on time and were professional as well.

One technician came out and it took him about 3 hours.

They were prompt and did what they said they would do.

They put in a new garage door. It took them about an hour and a half to do the service.

They have done work for us in the past too. Their pricing is good for me.

I had a great experience. Our garage door broke; my husband called, they came right out and fixed it. And he was very nice; didn?t try to upsell us or anything. It was a very good service. You should give them a call. They?ll come right out; they don?t make you wait. They look at it. They?re honest about what it needs and do what needs to be done to it without overdoing.

There were problems with the installation. Everything had not been checked so we had continual problems. Finally BILL, the owner came to the house and fixed the problem. I had difficulty getting through because of the answering system. The garage door seems to work fine now. Bill stood behind the warranty.
