A Authentic Garage Door Service

I was very pleased with the service. The garage door operates much more smoothly and quietly. They explained why they were making their recommendations and what it would do to benefit the garage door. They were here a half hour early and were willing to do the work the same day or the next day.

He was absolutely wonderful. I was very happy with the service. I was satisfied with the price. They were on time and prompt. They were professional and they did not try to pressure sell me on anything. They cleaned up after themselves.

They did a good job and the service was great.

It was fine. I don't want to get negative with this, when it came out it was fine. He was able to change his rollers out very fast that helped a lot and lubricated the stuff. He looked at the garage, the chain and that kind of stuff. And said it was all fine and that was it. He may have, should have, could have, might have or I'm not blaming him for not finding it the steels on the sides of the garage door. I really need to replace those things, they were really worn badly, but other than that what he did was done well. Did what he had to do and all that kind of stuff. It was not an easy thing to do but then again because you have to take care and rip them off and maybe make sounds on the side of the door or the top of it, it's just the inference of the garage. Maybe they don't do that...I don't know but it is part of the garage door system. He made the right recommendations.

They came on time and did a great job. I was able to use a $65 coupon. The tech was great and I’d use them again.

The service tech was prompt, courteous, and efficient, however I had to call the company 3 days after they were suspose to call to set up an appt, but the tech responded promptly.

When we recently bought this house, we found that the previous owners hadn't left the garage remotes. After trying numerous times to programs ones purchased at Lowes, we gave up and called A-Authentic. They scheduled an appt. and came out the next day. Jon, the technician was a very polite, friendly young man who came right on time. He looked at the old opener and found that not only the remotes were missing, so was the receiver. Since just replacing the receiver would be quite expensive and the opener was about 20 years old, we decided to replace it. He did the job quickly and explained the new system thoroughly before he left. If we ever have a problem with the rollers or door, I will not hesitate to contact A-Authentic Garage Doors again.

Replaced springs and bearings on my garage door. Came promptly. Explained what needed to be repaired and showed me the damage. Finished in a timely manner. Cost a little more than I had anticipated, but not excessively so.

Excellent, worked with the other contractors to get some wires installed for the openers, delivered and installed quickly and professionally, works great, wife happy.

It was good. I am satisfied. There were additional costs associated with the Big Deal because he had to replace the springs. It required an additional visit and it ended up totaling around $300 with labor and parts.

I bought this service on Angies Big Deal of the day. it was for roller replacement. He did a good and thorough job. He was on time and it only took about 45 min. Would definitely use them again.

Replaced the wheels and bearings, checked for operation. While the technician was prompt and professional I did not feel that I received $250 worth of service. It was certainly fair for the $89 paid. The reason for the service was that the door does not close the first time. It normally takes 3 or more pushes of the button to get it to close. The tech said that this is cause by the wrong spring system and would be costly to replace. So we still have the same problem.

The spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday morning. I called A Authentic to schedule an appointment for the work week expecting that was the earliest they could service my door. I was surprised when they said they could be at my home that afternoon. Christopher showed up and was cordial, friendly and professional. He replaced the door spring and the end bearings and cables which were frayed and very worn. The door operates much smoother now having a single spring replaced with two springs and its operation is much quieter (previously it racked and closed loudly).

We had a scheduling snafu in the beginning that was solved neither by Angie's List nor by A Authentic Garage Door Service. No one contacted me despite an inquiry from Angie's list that led to a notice that they would get in touch with A Authentic. I ended up calling the company directly approximately two weeks later and never did find out what happened, but once we got past that, they were on the ball. The gentleman who showed up was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Having just purchased my home, I learned that parts of my garage door system had reached their limits and needed replacing, which increased my original purchase price by several hundred dollars. In the end, though, I feel secure in the knowledge that my garage door is now operating at peak and will do so for many years to come.

I needed a little more work done for optimal performance and was told it could wait for up to a year, but I chose to have it done to prevent another service call. |I'm very satisfied.

The worker came in and immediately degraded the quality of my current garage doors. My $89.oo service quickly reached an estimate cost of well over $700.00. Not what I want to hear....

The unit is cheap and cover sticks so it is hard to slide it open. I would rather paid more for a better unit. The installer was very efficient. And he got the job completed quickly.

Arrive on time. Fast and efficient...extremely professional.

Not sure what all they did but it sounds alot quieter. He gave it a clean bill of health.

They did alright, they were not able to some things that we wanted them to do, but the work that they were able to do was good. The guy knew what he was doing. He was fast and efficient. He told me the kinds of things to look for so that I would know when trouble is coming.

He told me about the springs on the door and that whoever put them on put on the wrong ones and showed me why. Yesterday Dec 2 the spring broke and I called A Authentic and Scott was here to repair the springs. |
