Description of Work: Told them what was wrong. They Did diagnostic test and called dealer and found out it was beyond there capabilities. Went to pick up car and they wanted to charge me for diagnostic test which I had done at o'reileys. Paid and than went back and complained and gave me a refund being hostile

+ -1 moreWe really go there a lot. They are probably a little higher than other places, but they are definitely worth it because they do such a good job. They are very nice and professional. They will tell you when something does not have to be fixed.
Description of Work: I had them do an oil change, check my air conditioner, and also replace the alternator on my 1996 Dodge Caravan.

Description of Work: Had some major work done. Lube, Oil and filter, new cat converter, Front disc pads and rotors and transmission fluid flush.
