very badly. I signed a years contract so Im stuck with it. However, even though they did treat for bedbugs on 3 occasions, they were also supposed to treat the remainder of house and yard for other pest control. As of today they have not done any further exterminating other then three times for bedbugs. No other pests were ever exterminated. The lady also told me they would go into attic and spray that for pests. NEVER HAPPENED! Very disappointed in this company. Would never recommend them or use them again once my contract is up. I feel I was a fool to have ever signed this contract. I was really taken advantage of.
Description of Work: Originally they were hired to exterminate bed bugs we had gotten through a cushion purchased at Walmart. The bed bugs were originally only in the family room furniture and later noted in my husbands boxsprings. I signed a contract for almo 800. Pest Control/Exterminating

Robert calls to make sure it is a convenient time for him to dust and spray our yard. He is very pleasant, Truly Nolen is very prompt on their seasonal service. Also, we have used their insulation service. We have noticed that our home is more comfortable. Our utility bill has decreased by over 30%.
Description of Work: Robert Hanson is our exterminator who services our home on a seasonal basis. He is extremely thorough. Our home has been free of spiders, termites, and roaches since we started services with them going on 4 years.
